cozyspace was one of the IDs that we had asked for quotation when we first got our BTO keys back in Oct 21. what made us decided to go with cozyspace was because of the first appointment with them. honestly, their price were not the cheapest among the 3 but we decided to go for the chemistry and service we had with the ID. Raymond was our ID and he was always giving us ideas when we are stucked with our decision making and he is willing to work around the budget that we set but still made our home beautiful. he is also proactive in answering to our queries. we would definitely recommend cozyspace to new home owners. ??

Came across Cozyspace while looking for renovation for my 3rm BTO. After meeting with few other firms decided to engage Cozyspace because the ID Diana impressed me with her suggestion. Wanted a Cozy feel that's why I go for Cozyspace ?. Just tell her what I want and she will execute unless something not practical. The whole reno took slightly less than 3 mths till hand over. Had some time communicating with the contractors and plumbers when I visited the site and they are nice to deal with.? Thank you for the journey to our new home. It's been a smooth transition from a bare unit to the "dark side"??? Will recommend to others who are looking for renovation.? ?

Our journey with Cozyspace has been amazing :) The discussion with Steve went very smoothly and he understood most of my requirements really well and provided recommendations where necessary. We are pretty much hands off during the entire renovation journey, things always get done as per schedule and we're very assured. Of course, I want to thank Yong Xuan for managing the entire project so so well! ? Sharing some of the work done by them!

We had a smooth and fuss-free journey with Cozyspace, thank you Raymond for turning our old resale flat into a wonderful home for us ? Though there were a few hiccups throughout the renovations, Raymond was fast to respond and was able to rectify any issues promptly so that we do not have to worry about anything. Luckily we got Steve and Jesse here to help us with our renovation work during this pandemic period. It was professionally done and completed within timeframe as discussed. We are very fortunate and happy that we finally got our dream house ready in time to move in. All thanks to Steve, Jesse and their wonderful team to work with Cozyspace.

Very glad to have engaged Cozyspace for the renovation of our new home. During our first zoom meet-up with John, he listened attentively to us and gave us invaluable suggestions on how we can achieve our desired design outcomes without bursting our budget. We knew that he was the one as he was just different from other IDs whom we spoke to. Sincere, practical and forthcoming. During the 4 months of reno, he was always prompt in answering our questions even beyond his working hours. When issues occurred, he informed us right away and gave us alternatives that stay within our budget. Due to Covid and CNY, our expected handover date was in April. But understanding that we really hope to shift in asap, John tried his best to expedite the entire process with his contractors. Thanks to John and his team, we managed to shift in 2 weeks earlier than scheduled handover date. Thank you John and Cozyspace for your hard work! It has been an amazing experience! :)

This review comes almost 1 year after the works of Cozyspace with ID Raymond at my first home… A renovation journey don’t just mean the 2-3 months of hardwork from the team but also the dedication of service through the process even after the handover. And hence, I’m writing this review in the perspective of observing the works of Cozyspace and Raymond through the first year of renovating and moving into the home. No renovation journey is easy and comes without worry and concerns of the works and quality. While the journey of the renovation process in the first few months has seen some tough times and challenges, but I’m comforted and assured by the prompt follow-up of Raymond. He has been truly helpful, personable and very prompt at reverting back to me. Even in times where he might not have the answer right away, he has always promised a return as soon as he can. After moving into the house – observing and monitoring the condition, some touch up was required through the past one year and Raymond has attended to my request promptly and his team of workers and staff has all been super pleasant and friendly as they come to do the works needed. Am honoured and happy to be writing this review for Cozyspace and Raymond to compliment on their job well done at my home and the follow up support which they have provided. Thank you Cozyspace and Raymond for all your hard work and dedication in making my home a beautiful and wonderful space to live in.

John & Steve has done an excellent job as our ID for our new house. They are very responsible, updates us about the renovation progress. They responses promptly to our messages and calls. Despite a tight timeline, they was able to deliver quality work within the time frame. We are very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable ID.
