Had a pleasant experience working with Eunice on my house project. Wasn't a big house and Eunice took on the project actively even though I had a limited budget but lots of fancy ideas. Had a tight timeline of 1 month as well and managed to move into my house within 1 month 1 week with everything done up including kitchen, plumbing, painting and flooring. Was more impressed with the service as Eunice is very accommodating and eager to answer all queries in a very short response time. Price wise, they definitely have to make but i know for sure it's not exorbitant and the things one way or another make sense. As left over budget or items removed, will then have their funds diverted off to something else. Had a couple of miscom and hicups but thats expected when everything was so rush. All issues were resolved within a day or 2. Tips for new customers looking for an ID: You be nice and reasonable and you for sure can expect TIB folks to be nice to you. What could have been better? 1. More Vinyl Flooring Choices 2. More Kitchen Top Choices 3. Have other kitchen accessories partner to recommend that is not from excel hardware. Always good to have more options and brands. I'm sure improvements will be made and new partnerships will be established and consumers can expect to have more selection. Lastly, I chose ITB because it's : 1. Good Service (Including nice and reasonable subcons, especially the electrician, carpenter and plumber) 2. New Company ( to me it means that its not gonna close down soon) 3. No design fee charges
