I like their Nasi Lemak but feel that the waiters could be more alert in handling orders. I went there three times but all the time have to wait for my drinks even after I collected my food for a long time. The food wasn’t even heated to begin with. It was literally cold. I feel that the staff working there’s isn’t even bothered about customers. There was a queue to order and he didn’t even take orders and continued doing his own stuff. It’s not worth doing to this outlet with such service. Gives Crave a very bad name.

Good food, tasty chicken and clean environment. Love the sweet and spicy sambal!

I can’t believe the owner is paying for 4 staff, shop rental and this is the type of service they are offering to the public, boss do come down as a mystery shopper to try it out .

I used to like crave nasi lemak before today’s experience. To begin with , the sambal Chili they gave for a plate is a tiny portion that would disappear in one scoop. So I asked for more sambal. They charged me 60 cents for the extra sambal.. the server then took a small spoonful scoop and told me that’s the only extra sambal I could get for 60 cents! I had to ask for another scoop.. so that’s $1.20 just for extra sambal.. I hope Crave can improve on this… if you’re gonna charge 60 cents for extra sambal, don’t limit it to just one small extra scoop! You can’t go bankrupt over sambal.. please do better.

They should be more organised. Bought a packet with extra chilli, the chilli is so little (less than a spoon). I told them I had paid for extra chilli, they say already a lot....... I told them always have a small container, they say walk-in don't have. I always order delivery, they will pack a small container of chilli for us. If they want to charge extra for chilli, then make sure it is extra in separated packet. And waited very long even not many orders. Order PAID, cashier went missing, did not generate receipt n orders. The packing staffs also dont know what to do.... Wasting everyone time.

Food is okay. But service leaves much to be desired. Person at counter had difficulty handling orders. Attempted to return change in handful or 2 of small denomination coins .. this establishment doesn't have enough $1 or 50c coins in cash register? Didn't dispense receipts, when asked said my order had no receipt. Then still called out order numbers .... Had to ask for drink while waiting as dine in customer. An even earlier dine in excursion group had to ask for their food ... and later still drinks. These happened to other customers with me also. Even as a customer I found it understandable the other staff seems a little displeased .. Hope this doesn't offend. While I appreciate front line staff duties .. think he needs help .. don't know if he had had a bad night prior. Perhaps a customer review will help to make the experience better for future patrons.

Most craves I’ve gone too are often packed and bustling with business. The branch here was completely empty. I had a craving for Crave, I’ve been always impressed with their quality. The food at this branch is not the same and pales in comparison. First of all, the way the food was served was horrible, no effort to make it presentable. Everything was mashed and dumped onto the plate. It looked like what you’d get from a roadside stall, in fact a roadside stall has better presentation. They’re often packed in banana leaves. The one from crave was served on a plastic plate. Ikan Bilis given was very little, chilli serving size was decent. Drinks were decent and tasted good in their defence. The chicken and fish fillets were not hot, the food wasn’t heated. It was cold. Unlike the usual crave which I’ve supported, the fish and chicken fillets were neither crispy or juicy. It tasted like air fried frozen food, it was dry. I also remember a potato cake was served with the dish but there wasn’t any with my order. Overall, this branch gives Crave a bad name and I am not impressed and disappointed. If the owner cares about the reputation and quality of his food, they should make an unannounced visit to this branch to see how far they had fallen. Business at The Rail Mall is competitive. Few businesses have survived over the years. If the serving size and quality of food is not improved, I do not see this outlet lasting for much longer.

We were walking by as we were looking for a breakfast place. Was surprise to see that Crave has open one shop here and it’s just recently open. So we went into try. They were having a promotion of 2 plates for $10. So we bought 2 plates and many add ons dishes as we have 4 of us. When we asked for more chill, staff said it’s chargeable. Cannot give free even though we bought 3 plates of add ons. One scoop per plate of rice. We paid for the miserable scoops of $0.60 x 2. Food was so so, as most of them are fried. The chicken meatloaf otah was good.
