Terrible service. 1.20pm 19/5/22. Red cut chilli was completely out. Requested for some. Chinese guy behind counter said they all too busy. He say can provide me uncut whole chilli. Ridiculous!

Went on sun around noon time, ordered mee hoon kueh, ban mian and big pau. Better order extra drinks as you will feel very thirsty after finish the noodles. Staffs seem not willing to clean the table after customers left, saw they just standing at the counter and talk. Big pau taste not bad, will buy take away for the big pau next time only.

First visit as I know their pau are the good ones. Most folks ordered the pork porridge and is delicious. Ee Mee was some I tried and brought back the old traditional taste. The char siew pau set made a good price with a nice kopi that comes with it.

I really enjoy the chewy texture of the noodles and in terms of thickness, they have sort of achieved the sweet spot; I find such quality of β€œmian” quite unparalleled. The soup is flavourful and minced meat is also well marinated. Can opt for the dry ban mian if you would want to give the hot soup a miss. Unfortunately portion has shrunk, by quite a bit. GIVING 2 STARS really because of the hygiene of the shop. There were flies dropping down on me while I was queueing to pay for my food (?!?). That was quite a disturbing experience. Sadly, the next nearest place for the great nam kee ban mian is at turf city which is really quite out of the way ?

I used to eat at Turf City for this stall. Today, came over to Railmall to try it. The soup base is quite salty. Probably suitable for those who can take heavy taste. For a small bowl at $4, not much of kueh, it is consider quite expensive. The ex turf city stall has more portion. Glad that I had tried and able to my experience

This Nan Kee pau shop, is located at the Rail mall. Besides retailing it’s pau, it also sells different varieties of porridge and noddles. When I was there, they ran out of their coffee… guess it must be good?

Totally love their Mee Hoon Kueh! Texture is just fine and their service is friendly too. Bao is very flavourful and I love it. Coffee is not up to mark though. Space is small but cannot blame them because of the size of the unit. Need to thank aunty for helping to get people out (nicely) after eating rather than hoarding the table chatting after finishing their meals at such a small space.
