β β β β β I was taking part in our PMO team-building session held at Creative Culinaire and thoroughly enjoyed the lesson on how to make & decorate chocolate cupcakes, with a clear guidance from our instructor - Alvin. Had a post-learning buffet lunch of which some of the culinary creations of Cafe Pralet was presented. Definitely recommend team-building sessions to be held here at the School, and topped up with a meal at the Cafe - both set up by owner Judy Koh

β β β β β I had never thought of reading a recipe since young. But after attending this 2days Heritage Course, I am confident to do so now and learn lots of Teochew Culture kueks. Thank you very much, Chef Judy, for being so patient with us. Creative Culinaire rocks....

β β β β β Very disappointing. The description of their course: "Cook your own pineapple filling, mix the dough, shape it, and into the oven", but this is more like "cook half of everything" as the baking happens in pairs. Only one lucky person got to bake alone because we were 9 students in total. This was very disappointing and I didn't expect it. Nowhere in their webpage states this will be in pairs. Also "Join Chef Judy and her team ", more like "her team", because she did not teach the class. I give it 2 starts because the trainer was really good, and the pineapple tarts came out very good, but I'm disappointed with the experience, this is not what I expected from the description of the course.

β β β β β I booked a course and received confirmation of my enrollment. But when I reached the school, I was told that they had forgotten the class was scheduled for the days I had booked and paid for.
Their excuse was that they had a gelato class going on, leading them to overlook the much smaller management course I was enrolled in. Additionally, their chef was in a meeting for the day.
This is all when their classes are clearly scheduled online and my class was paid for and a confirmation email received.
Disappointing, and a waste of my time. I'm no longer interested in learning management from a school that is unable to manage 2 classes in a day.

β β β β β Went for 2 days training. Who lot of people in the school are friendly. Chef Tim did a very good introduction to the course and Chef Judy did a very good job when she took over the class. She shared her knowledge thoroughly and gave tips throughout and she did gave advises on what we are learning, and also in business aspect. Chef Judy has many ideas in mind, and I asked her about corporate activities such as team building, and she shared some great activities that she has done previously. I highly recommend this school for baking and pastry lessons.

β β β β β Chef Judy Koh is a fantastic coach. She is generous to share knowledge and give guidance. I just attended a 3 day "Cake & Pastries Making 101" and it is really hands-on!
Definitely looking forward to more courses by Chef Judy Koh and her team.
