★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today Friday, 15/07/2022 at 10.30 am was my first time having brunch - Chai Chee BCM and coffee at Broadway Blk 612 Punggol Drive. I saw the elderly coffee lady using the table cloth to wipe two spots at the rim of the cup. I thought she will wash it after clearing the dirt. I was shocked to see her pouring the coffee and past it to me. I asked her why did not she wash the cup first before refill. She said “I will make you another cup”. Not even a word of apology. Is this the Broadway’s hygiene attitude? Please train your workers to be cautious of hygiene safety at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can the management of the coffee shop check Lim bags everytime she go back as she may steal the things which can be selling and even other people wallet.
Please be aware of the dishwasher (old woman)who work in the morning of 682 hougang ave 4/ street 61 as she is a theif that she will steal your wallet, handphone and jewellery and money and will bully ur kids in anyway and beat you accidentally and she had murdered her father and mother in law and her sister husband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is Zhi Cha,Ma la,Ban Mian,Fish soup,Western ,Korean,Malay,Chinese and chicken rice. I normally eat the fish ball mee. After price increase fish cake no more, become fish ball only. No wonder now not so crowded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, high ceiling, well ventilated coffee shop. The cleaning staff is quick to their feet and maintains cleanliness at all times. Food's okay type. Nothing really outstanding. Also noticed, they don't sell Coke Zero here or in any of the Broadway coffee shops I've been to before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish shop here is good. Highly recommend for those seeking for comfort food. I returned to this coffee shop multiple times for this fish soup after I chanced into it one time when i came here intended for the zhi char.
