Updated 11 Jan 2022 Returning customer. Asked Alex to do a composite panel for my balcony. He is very prompt in his communication and he goes beyond the requirements for this job to help me and advise me on issues I faced with my existing panel done by my own contractor. Very pleased with Creative Shades, Alex and his team of installers. Installers clean up daily before leaving and work hard - no nonsense workers. Pricing wise is comparable to other companies. But it is worthwhile to have good before and after sales service. ---- July 2021 - awning installation Alex was very helpful and he understands my concerns and requirements. I have contacted a few awning suppliers and he stood out. Because he made me feel confident that he can deliver what I want. Before we commit to the order, Alex was willing to come to our place the 2nd time to explain the details. On the day of installation, the installers will very neat and tidy. No trouble and no mess.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Broncson from Creative Shades. I've been managing a large renovation project and he was by far the best contractor I worked with. He helped with adding or replacing roofing in 3 areas of my apartment and also added zip blinds to the balcony. Before the installation I had a few questions about how the finished product would work and look and he send me many detailed photos that he'd taken with high quality drawings of the work that was going to be done. He sent these extremely quickly which means it must have been part of his thorough preparation process. When I came to installation he was very flexible to work around other contractors to the point where he wasn't able to use his normal scaffolding due to tiling work that was being done and changed the plan to work from above instead without complaint or extra cost. Broncson supervised the works and everything was delivered ahead of schedule and at a high quality. The price was competitive with other companies. I would highly recommend Broncson and Creative Shades and I would definitely use them again should I need more work of this nature done again.

We got in touch with Cedric for glass roof+decking+zipscreen quotation for our patio. He was one of the 5 that we approached for a quote. Not only his quote was the cheapest, he was able to provide useful suggestions that proved to work to the best of our advantage. It was brilliant to work with him too, very communicative, and he went out of his way to help us pick up the fans for the patio to fabricate the part to hold the fans to the structure on the roof, and painted the patio railings all the way to the back. Customer service at its best! The installation crew were very professional and courteous too. The patio now is the best part of our home, realising our dream for an al fresco dining and chill area. I am the proud owner of the newly installed awning on 28 Oct 2021 from Creative Shades. Workmanship and attention to detailing were excellent. Very fortunate to have gotten to know Bronson from Creative Shades who did a meticulous job taking all the pertinent dimensions while he was on site to assess the requirements prior to providing me a quote. During the conversation with Bronson, I felt very comfortable with his knowledgeable explanation and I knew the job was for Creative Shades even though I had considered an earlier quote from a competitive company. I was attended by Broncson of Creative Shades Pte. Ltd from the onsite quotation to the final installation. Broncson was very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous (almost perfectionist) and gave his expert advice on the installation of the fixed shelter and motorized awning. He explained the process of installation and also caution on the issues ahead of the installation. He also gave a timeline so that I can be assured of the outcome completion date. The three staff were punctual, polite and the installation was surprising quick over 2 days. The quality of workmanship is high, and at the end of each day the staff will clean the work area and arranged their tools neatly. The final shelter and awning came out very well and many neighbours came by to ask for his contact. We are very satisfied with this installation. Very nice experience to deal with Cedric from Creative shades. From the consultation phase right up to completion, Cedric has been most responsible in ensuring that the final product came out well. His team of workers were also very efficient and maintain kept the working place clean and tidy at the end of each day. The final product came up much better looking than originally envisioned.
