โ โ โ โ โ Very bad after sale service. The awning broke and leak after abt 1.5 yr. Had contacted for mths yet no reply to my WhatsApp. Called office 4 times and finally called me back . Price is expensive compared to others. Quality seems just so so. Not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Shocking aftersales service
Had this awning installed few years back. It stopped working and called Al'Fresco to repair. Sales guy came, said wiring plug not visible so salesman cannot assess, service team would have to come down and assess. He said they would send a service team down after quoting. Didn't hear from them for 2 months. Then we rung them up again and told must visit again as cannot remember doing visit. We asked to just arrange the service visit as we still remembered what the sales guy said the first time - then were told we have to pay a deposit for a repair call. Company was totally inflexible.
I can understand the need to pay deposit for an awning being fabricated, but nobody should ask for a deposit to make a repair visit. You should assess and bill according and charge service visit fee if appropriate. After all, the parts will be in your storeroom whether you do so or not.
Going to ask a different company to repair it.

โ โ โ โ โ Called on the 01/10/2019, the sales person called back on the same day and invited me and my sister to their showroom. Their showroom displays quite a range of products.
We were quite hesitant when Elwin asked for deposit even before they start work, but he promised to install it within 2weeks. They stick to their promise and really came to install our order on 12/10/2019. They spent about half a day to do up our awning and their workers helped us to clean up after installation, although it is not very clean but their attitude is still commendable. Overall, smooth transaction and pretty happy with the outcome.

โ โ โ โ โ I wish I could give 0 star if I could. Once the awning is installed, you are on you own for everything, and you can not reach out to this supplier.
I have installed the awning at my balcony about two years ago, and no one from this supplier told me explicitly (not in verbal nor written manner) that the awning is not wind-proof. About 3 months later, without their proper instruction, one of the metal arms were broken, and I asked to repair them. They started blaming me for this and that, giving all the excuses to avoid any responsibility, and suddenly disappeared during the course of discussion. Then after another 6 months or so, I tried to reach out to the sales guy again to get it repaired, and after a few conversation in whatsapp, sharing some damage photos, then he disappeared again until now.
I literally used it only for 3 months in 24 months, and finally decided to remove it with the other company.
I strongly suggest not to come even closer to these guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service by this supplier. I got them to install canopy in my balcony. The job was done by three foreign workers with zero supervision. Two days after installation I highlighted that water was leaking from one end of the canopy, not only in the balcony but also on the other side of the wall in a bedroom. Initially they tried to blame the issue on the developer. After much follow up they agreed to come down and meet the developers contractor. It was highlighted to them that when they drill bolt in a brick wall they should plug with water proof sealant to ensure no leakage. Again two foreign workers are sent who take five minutes to apply a sealant and leave. Needless to say the leakage continues and now they refuse to do anything about it. Beware of such lousy contractors! They have completely damaged the wall leading to leakage external and internal that I need to get rectified bearing extra cost.
