β β β β β Efficient and reliable company. Staff are professional and friendly, and costs are reasonable. Replaced my broken window within a week. I'm also grateful for their advice to put in missing safety angles and stoppers only where needed. No regrets contacting them!

β β β β β Mr. Lim came to check my windows to see which are the one that is faulty. I have 6 panel and he told me to change 4 of them only.
He is very very experience mechcanic. He knows his tool very well because I was watching what he and his assistant were doing. He knows the sizes of the tools and screws that needed to change.
Both him and his assistant is very friendly and they ensure whatever they do, do not damage your flooring and property.
I recommend that whoever need to change your windows, seek this company first.
Sales staff Ms Ho is helpful and always follow up your appointment till job is done

β β β β β Servicemen are very experienced & professional. They have done a very good & fast job. After fixing, he explained to me how to maintain the hinges of windows & how to open & close the panels inorder to prolong the lifespan. I am very satisfied.

β β β β β Fantastic work done. Found hands@windows via Google search and saw many raving reviews so decided to give them a try.
Kitchen window frame has started to fall off due to a loosen screw. Call was received by Ms Koh who was very patient and took note of my issues and asked me to take picture of my defects. Was very quick to revert to me about the repairs needed and cost.
The workmen came today and they were very professional. The main guy immediately assessed the kitchen windows and the other windows in the rooms to check if they are safe. Was very quick and friendly. He was very patient, answering my questions and doubts. Wonderful guys.
I did not regret using their service. Would highly recommend Hands@Windows.

β β β β β Read the good reviews about this company. Decided to give it a try. And we are glad we did. We engaged them to reinstall a window handle and change some of the flush bolt holders and handle wedges. We are very satisfied with their service. Very skilled and professional.The team even realigned a few of my windows since they are 10 plus years old.
Thank you so much for giving my windows another new lease of life.

β β β β β To be honest, i was reluctant to contact unfamiliar contractor for repair work. Therefore i look into Google for good review window contractor. I found Hands@Windows Servicing.
I called them on 25 Oct 2021, 10am. Follow up with some photos via WhatsApp to show my window problems (see attached). They quoted me and schedule for appointment for site measurement on the same day. As one of my top hung window, glass panel crack. Dropped off handle bar.
I did not try to contact other window contractors for comparison quote as when i speak to them they have provided me with professional advise. The price they quoted seem affordable and i just GO with them.
Today, 29/10, they have returned to install the new glass panel. Service also include all necessary screw replacement with fine tuning.
The service team was puncture. Both Raymond & Loo did a excellent job. They even taught me the correct type of screw to be used and how to handle when closing the casement window so that the handle will not fall off easily. Advise me to use, 3Mβ’ Multi Purpose Spray Lubricant for regular maintenance.
This will be one of my BEST experience so far in Y2021 when i use the service based on good reviews.
