Went there first time to try, TERRIBLE. I was served by a young guy who cut so slowly and unprofessionally, it was like he was afraid to handle my hair. And because my hair was dry and frizzy, his senior decided to snip 5-6 inches of my hair when i clearly stated i wanted to cut and trim 3-4 inches, just for demo on products. -.- he clearly knew i wanted to maintain my v-cut and he snipped it so short that his assistant couldn't even cut a v-cut for me because it was already too short. What's more, that assistant even left a few strands of hair uncut which was not obvious on the mirror they shown. And they charged me $20 just for that hair cut, super ex and not worth. Utterly unbelievable. NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE

Sam is very detailed, he colored my hair and did my hair treatment. He is very patient. Milo and biscuits are provided upon request. As I have to sit for a few hours at the salon.

I was here a few days ago and Sam did my haircut + coloring. I love my new haircut and coloring. I must say they are very professional when they did the coloring for me, my hair didn't feel dry at all after the coloring. I will definitely be back to patronize them again soon!

Was my first time yesterday… I would say the service was extremely impressive! It was sweltering hot outside and by the time I stepped into the salon I was sweating buckets.? I was pleasantly surprised when the staff came up to me and offered me tissues to dry myself. That’s only the tip of the iceberg… when it comes to professionalism they really exceed the standards of all the salons I have patronized. They patiently explained to me which haircut would suit my face and they showed me how the end result of each color would look like, hence allowing me to select my preferred color confidently and I would say that the end result was even better than what I envisioned it to be! Really recommend this salon to everyone, it is a hidden gem in the district of Yishun, one that in my opinion, shines the brightest amongst all the salons in the region. ?
