★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest seller! Bought guppy fish and fish pump there… I want to buy small size pump around $10 + but seller recommend bigger size pump $20+saying that’s less powerful for guppy which he lie… we have no experience and believe what he told us…
After setup, we realised the pump is too powerful for small fish tank and guppy. Bring back on next day for exchange as my guppy died.?seller gangster attitude & refused exchange. Bad experience ever….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tetra is at ridiculous price. Small and die within few days. Buy a few times and will be my last. The nearby shop selling at much lower price and is big and lively.

I prefer the staff at clememti branch tho, the uncle will advise me solution and the purpose of it as well as how to use.
Over at yishun outlet, I didn't receive such advise until the recent visit where the lady is very friendy and helpful. She is like the face of clememti outlet, when I'm served by her, it reminds me of clementi outlet. Gave extra 1 Star her for service rendered ❤❤❤

Mainly for fish but they also have supplies for other pets. I hope it does not change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my turtle tank here. Staff was very helpful when attending to my request. They provide delivery service at $40 and if yr lucky can even get it delivered on same day. Depends on their delivery schedule.
