Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, an IHG Hotel

Excellent staff and facilites. The pool is wonderful, and the front desk and housekeeping staff are attentive and courteous. The sound isolation is particularly good; you don’t hear any planes taking off of landing, with the added bonus of hearing nothing from neighboring rooms. To improve: I reserved online on the hotel web site for 2 adults and my 11-year old. Upon arrival bleary eyed on a trans-continental flight, we were told we had to pay for an upgrade as well as a rollaway bed. How is that the system allows you to reserve for three persons in a room with only a smaller double bed? We were presented with an $80 supplement upon arrival to “upgrade” the room and the bed for my daughter. Also, breakfast was included but unavailable to us because we arrived at 3 am and breakfast is only at the buffet until 11 am. It should be available 24/7; room service if need be, for travelers. There was no possibility to remove it from our reservation. Otherwise, this hotel is a very good choice for travelers arriving at an odd hour to Changi Airport. It is an elegant and comfortable stay, and the Jewel with its attractions, restaurants and shops is a fun and enjoyable place to recover after a comfortable rest at Crowne Plaza Changi from a long-haul flight.

Beautiful hotel. Very easy to get in from T3 and from here an easy walk to the Jewel. If you use grab taxi they have a hard time to find the lobby but they get there eventually. The swimming pool is amazing. You really can cool down in it. It’s not that warm as other pools.

Stayed here for 2 nights while while waiting for my flight. The hotel is very luxurious, staffs are nice. What’s good is it’s inside the airport so I’m confident that I won’t missed my flight. I always get enough rest when staying here every time I’m going to Singapore ?? because indeed it’s very comfortable, the price is little bit high but it’s worth it. ❤️

Good and professional hotel. Just too pricey, 450 dollars for 3h hours sleep? I regret paying. My bed was floating in the air! (hydraulics for cleaning or Stranger Things). They moved me to another room. But it was substantial time, booking on phone, then lengthy checkin, the room “weird”. Also… immigration complex l, which is not their fault. Ended up with 3h sleep instead of the hopes for 6h. Think offering a reduced rate in light of floating bed and resulting room change in boxers at 3 am would be in order, I feel. Hence 3/5.

This hotel is in my top 10 hotel list! Room is very comfortable specially the bathroom is amazing! Good view outside window if you facing the airport. 5 minutes from the airport. Can use airport train or walk if you like to burn calories. ?Wifi 24 X 7 . Hotel staff are very courteous and always make sure to assist guest in all way. Parcel are accepted by staff. In Room menu is good. Taxi, buses available to go to city centre. Thanks ! Would to visit again. ?

Singapore is a great place to visit. Places are all interconnected with proper Transportation mode at all times so being in this comfortable and cozy hotel within the airport is not a problem at all. I’m fact, overwhelming benefits are within reach if one will stay here. No hustling the traffic to catch flights, easy access to retail shops and all! Surely a place to stay when you visit Singapore.

This is super convenient, and nice hotel at the airport. When you get out of the hotel you are already at the terminal 3. If you want you go to other terminals you can take the sky track from there. Very convenient, quite, with indoor pools, full service restaurant, 24/7 bar, and surrounded by the large shopping mall attached to it. Loved it! A+++, all around!

The staff for room service is terrible : it is next to impossible to get exactly the food you ordered for in-room dining. There is always something missing, whether it is the drink, the bread, a jam or anything, you will almost every time have something missing. And then when you call them again for them to get the missing items to your room, they will sound annoyed and take forever to bring the missing items. No generosity, you can be sure of it. Some of the staff is nice, but some others are really rude. Apart from this, the hotel is nice. The swimming pool is great, I had a great time there. Some light bulbs are broken in the rooms, some appliances are unplugged (probably from previous room occupants and the staff does not bother to check everything is ok). If you are on the top floor, you can hope that they will not start some construction work on the roof like they did to me, otherwise you will not be able to sleep during the day. Overall it gives the impression that the staff is quite lazy and considers guests to be annoyances. Again, I repeat that some of the staff is perfectly fine.
