Fantastic solution to rest and refresh before a connecting flight. Super comfortable beds and pillows in what is generally a very clean modern room. The rooms are quite small but just perfect for a single traveler or a couple simply wanting to sleep or shower. In our case (family of 5) it was a real stretch to fit into the room let alone sleep on the single queen bed, but we managed to make it work as we had no other choice since everywhere else seemed to be booked out, and YotelAir came to the rescue with a single available room which was really great for our long layover. Whilst the room was clean, I have to agree with comments from other customers as well - there was minor mould in the corners of the shower that didn't bother us although isn't pleasing to look at - perhaps maintenance or housekeeping should take care of this before it gets out of hand? Moving on; free bottled water, tooth brushes in the bathrooms, large screen TV on the wall, an onsite gym and a tea/coffee area - all complementary. The price is quite affordable too in my opinion and much better than nearby mainstream hotels which charge an arm and a leg for essentially the same service albeit a room double the size. Welcoming and friendly customer service however communication needs to improve. When we initially did our booking and agreed to the terms, it was for 2 rooms to suit all 5 of us, however it was only after the booking was confirmed that they admitted (after we paid and queried the cheaper cost) that they only had one room left and that we had to manage. Whilst we adjusted to the circumstances and it was better than no accommodation at all, this should have been made very clear at the beginning whilst we were forming a decision as to whether this place was going to work for us or not. Some customers may not have been so flexible. In any case; if you're looking for a comfortable place to just sleep or chill and refresh for a few hours, it's worth giving it a go. I'd stay here again for sure as the best part of this no frills experience was the super comfy beds which at the end of the day is all that matters.

Excellent location at the heart of Changi Jewel. Perfect for overnight stay for early flight... Excellent service by Tricia who helped us with booking. Room is very tight fit. Clean beds. Shower area needs improvement. Got lots of mold.

Rooms are really small for the price. Receptionists are responsive and acted fast upon request. They also have a coffee machine and charging points at the open space lounge. Overall experience good. nothing much to comment on

Super convenient location inside Jewel, excellent sleeping comfort, and friendly staff. Despite the very tight space inside, it serves the purpose of a transit/early departure hotel perfectly. The shower is easy to use with good flow and temperature. The bed reclines electrically (I suppose this can also be useful if one has acid reflux problem). The lounge has self-served hot beverages. The only improvement I would suggest is to make it clear to the guests that the flat end of the bed shouldn't be blocked by luggage. Currently there is only a tiny warning sign with penalty posted under the TV, which is rather difficult to spot.

It's a perfect place to stay if you have a long layover or a very early flight the next morning. It is very close walk to both Terminal 1 and 3, and it is conveniently located right in the Jewel. Pros: Convenient, good service, clean and cozy Cons: Very small (can only comfortably fit 2 people), no windows Overall I would stay here again if needed, and you truly can't beat the convenient location of this hotel.

Clean, Shower room is simple and small but water temperature / pressure is good. AC works perfectly fine which is too priority for me. Great place surrounded by stores. My son with Autism dropped his tablet between bed and the wall. It was almost midnight, the staff (Mr. Tamil) came to the room and managed to pull the tablet out from the tiny space between bed and the wall. Super grateful for quick response and the support from hotel staff.

location is perfect if you need to be at the airport the location is unbeatable, i would stay here even if i didn’t have to be at the airport as it’s wonderful. room is small but is all you need as it is really clean and comfortable. gardens, shopping and food around is like a beautiful city in its self . definitely recommend staying here, we will be back - so glad we stayed the night and had the extra day to look around and enjoy everything the airport has to offer

This is my first time staying at a cabin concept hotel. It is frills free and yet the room offers you the basic essential. Complimentary mini bottle of water, tooth brush, clean towels and slippers. Bed is comfy and pillows are comfy. It is definitely a very comfortable place for travellers to rest while transiting to their next flight. The cafeteria concept lounge offers free coffee, tea and a quick snack.
