★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked RCC cruise online through Cruise Connexions. While there was no face to face dealings with cruise connexions staff, they have been very helpful and guided and offered help throughout including check-in. Very good service, comparable or probably better over the counter services.

The service was superb. I was guided as to which type of room best suits my party of six adults (2 of whom were cruising the first time) & given my Budget. And it turned out well during the cruise - convenient location to both the restaurants & the activity areas, including the Theatre. In fact, the other 4 of us were also first time cruisers on Quantum of the Seas, although we cruised many times before on Marina & Voyager.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable cruise & I will certainly book my future cruises through Cruise Connexion.
