★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff are already not cheap but if the cashier is counting twice the articles, you’re are literally stealing from your customers. Additionally, she spoke to me very badly. I won’t come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drink display at $2 when pay at the counter stated $3.15 ask to check, staffs unhelpful. Come to payment, ask to re-queue again and show unhappy face. This is my first time encounter such a poor service at cold storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell gin, whiskey, lemon, mint, etc., but no ice. I asked staff twice and got ‘we don’t sell ice!!!!’ reaction by male staff.
The chiller area (milk, yoghurt, cheese etc. section) always got water. The milk carton was in the water usually and got soggy.
I purchased meat several times with discounted prices. But twice, the meat (beef-steak meat and pork like tomahawk style one) was smelled terrible, it probably rotten. I was only awarded when I reached home and opened the package. I called them, but no one answered, and no time to revisit them, so I just threw it. To staff, please re-wrap or check the meat quality before you put 2nd discount sticker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly out of stock with basic groceries. Every single time I visited, one basic item was out of stock, requiring to go somewhere else in addition. No idea why they are unable to manage their inventory but it wastes a lot of time. Better go to the big FairPrice at Parkway Parade - cheaper and they are able to manage a basic stock...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an ardent fan of Cold Storage’s Salad Bar. For just 5 dollars, the portion is really value-for-money, and there’s a wide range of salad bits to choose from as well.
Arvind served me very professionally and kindly. Much kudos to him for doing his job very well! ? He was apologetic that I had to wait while he served another customer at an adjacent section, and was very patient in allowing me to choose my salad bits. He also handled the food bowls very well.
Tip: If you’re on LumiHealth / have a HPB voucher, a 5 dollar redemption serves you a free meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for fresh beefs during my visit, the only one labelled packed on the same date was rib-eye. There are few on the display but didn't really fell to buy since all prepacked one was like 2-3 days back. I was thinking CS Fresh would be fresher compared to normal CS but I was wrong.
