Discriminatory place that doesnt allow domestic helpers to use the facilities.. Management, pls wake up your idea.

The absolute worst management in all of Singapore. The construction on Thomson is unbearable. Getting here is always a nightmare with no u-turn. Not to mention the constant noise from the PIE. Don’t buy or rent here!!

The unit I rented is great. The management, particularly Vincent Tang, openly discriminats against Westerners. In fact, when I confronted Mr. Tang with my concerns he stated (on a consensual recording) that Singaporeans always follow the law. Thus, he couldn’t have done anything wrong. He’s also canceled my entry card without cause, denied me access to the premises without cause, and acted in a general threatening manner on numerous occasions. Great place to live but Westerners may want look elsewhere until management improves.

I visit this place often as my friends live here. The facilities are fine, but the security guards are lousy. Firstly, the guards sit down in a nice aircon-ed small room, while visitors who come via public transport has to wait under the scorching hot sun or rain and "beg" the guards to open the window so that we can talk to them. He obviously saw me coming slowly with a bright blue umbrella, but didn't do anything until I was in front of the window for sometime. He then lazily 'tried to" open the window (and was unable to reach the window for some time). He handed me a book to fill in my details and said "unit number". He called my friend's unit number, and said that nobody picked up. I insisted that he opened the gate as I know there's another locked gate inside. He said arrogantly "I can open the gate for you, no problem, but you need to call your friend as you won't be able to come in". -.- we then went in, and, without any issue, press our friend's unit number and the door was open. When I finally meet my friends in their house, I enquired why they didn't pick up when the security guard called. They told me that he bell only rings once or twice, after that it was hung up. And it's always like that. So now we understand the mystery of the "unanswered call from security guard". Overall, it was the worst "first impression" of visiting a condominium in Singapore. The management should look into it. Firstly, there should be a little canopy above the spot where visitors come and spend a few minutes to "interact" with the slow motion guards and write in the book. Secondly, the guards should be given training on basic human interaction. Visitors coming by public transport are humans too.

Sleek and modern with an excellent location. Would definitely be appealing to rent a flat here if not for the imposition of Singapore's form of apartheid. If there is any proof that racism exists in Singapore's multicultural society - this is the place for you!!1!1!

Pretty looks this condominiums block. Excellent view in highway .good ventilation. Near not much resistance. I m only seen outside travel highway time . I felt much expensive this kind of residence . My view point is nice place enjoy nice views

Pros: Modern facilities. Unit size is decent with nice layout (viewed the 1400+sqft). Balcony size is decent. Can use ziptrak to make it useable Cons: Constant noise from PIE (almost every area is noisy especially when the window is opened) Maintanance fee is expensive ($600+)

The current condo manager here is unprofessional with a lousy attitude. Had an utterly unpleasant experience with the condo manager who was arrogant and condescending throughout my encounter with him. Some security guards here also displayed inattentive behaviour in their duties. Wrote a complaint explaining the encounter to the condo management company Empire City Consultants (ECC) and CBM (Company that owns ECC) to review such behaviour especially from their senior staff but both companies seem nonchalant that such unprofessionalism is happening. I would advise all visitors or prospective residents to be wary.
