Has a pool and BBQ pits with outdoor areas.
Security guard is slack so you can easily drive in with a Grab/Taxi.

Not doing their job properly still wan to blame others. Rude and bad attitude.

I 101% agree to whom feels that the guard services there is horrific.
Hey MR Guard, you want a rice bowl you got to respect your rice bowl. By telling people *use your commonsense* who do you think you are?
If you are so smart you wouldn't have to tell people that for your info.
3rd year in my line in security. I HIGHLY DOUBT WE PROVIDE SUCH MANNERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same security issue, really rude, if I am a resident sure I will understand all the location and direction of, and now, I am a visitor, how can I know how the direction ，not even can guide properly with manner. Management should take a good look and send your Lovely security to training cause every one here all complaint are regarding security attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residents there are unfriendly towards cleaners. Only kept delivery food for themselves. Their cleaners have to work on Sundays for extra income to supplement low wage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely worst Building Management: Knight Frank at The Arte Condo, only knew how to collect management fee, but ignored constructive feedback on safety measures during pandemic.
Eg. 1 female resident from Blk 23, 9th floor The Arte had been moving around in the Condo without wearing mask since 2020, been to shared lifts, gym and toilets inside Condo masklessly, the female had been told she had to wear mask by law on 21 July 2021 at 16:00hrs, she turned aggressive and shouted at me, claimed she didn't need to wear mask within the Condo! I have reported to Arte Bldg Mgmt, bldg mgmt chose to turn blind eyes, even with cctv footage of the maskless female object moving within Condo.
Moreover, during Phase 2 only 5 pax allowed in Condo indoor gym, external gym trainers were granted entry to indoor gym.

It has a good size greenfield in the development for family activities. It has two different playground to cater for different age of children.
Overall, it good development for value buy which is freehold.
