โ โ โ โ โ Condominium of high quality with amenties such as a 50m swimming pool, gym, half sized basketball court, gas powered bbq pits at ground and sky gardens, children playground and water playground. Exteriors grew with vines making it cooling and give shades to residents.

โ โ โ โ โ Probably best choice among the Thomson - Balestier junction.
1) Further from PIE: Lesser noise compared to nearly Arte or Cube 8. Especailly Blk 26 which is further shielded away by blk 28. more than 100m away more PIE. In contrast, Arte and Cube 8 blocks are nearer with consistent traffic noise from PIE making balcony much lesser usable.
2) Facing: I find this very important given humid and hot weather in Singapore. North (blk 26) and north west (blk 28) facing gives good ventilation and shielding from afternoon sun.
3) Layout: Vista is a lot more efficient than the projects nearby. Arte has a long balcony stretching through living and all bedrooms which is a waste.
4) Traffic: TBH, vista needs to U-turn to go back to Thomson road. It isn't as convenient as Arte or Cube 8.
