Celebrated our friend’s birthday here & the group is very pleased with the food. Fried calamari: light battered & springy texture Burrata: fresh & creamy Squid Ink: surprisingly tasty, the al dente pasta by itself is already flavourful. Iberico Pork: slightly pricey but worth the penny, it melts in your mouth instantly! Lava Cake: it came over cooked & we informed the restaurant right away, they replaced it right away.

Little Gem in Joo Chiat neighbourhood with delicious, mouthwatering Italian food and wine selection. Everything is HOME-MADE ❤?The atmosphere transported us in Sicily. The staff were also very friendly and the service was very good. It is located very conveniently opposite the car park. Definitely I will recommend Cugini to all my friends.

It's my second time with my fianće here. Really love their food! We had foie gras, ravioli, and lamb chop. They were all delicious! The dessert was nice too. The service was fast and the staff was attentive to refill our water.

One of the most authentic Italian restaurant in Singapore. Quality if food is very good, staff is super nice, especially the restaurant manager. Pity is not located in the center of the city, but worth a visit in case you miss real Italian food ?

Authentic Italian restaurant at Joo Chiat area. Definitely one of the top 5 restaurants at this area. - wide selection of pizza and pasta, as well as wines - pizza dour is thin crust with ample toppings - ambience is cool blue - Mediterranean style - reservation needs to be made in advance - both indoor and outdoor sitting - good place for private or company dining Will highly recommend to couples or biz dinning!

Had a great meal here with some friends. Definitely enjoyed my time here! However, the waiting time was quite long and the staff seemed short-handed. Overall still pretty good service and food here, would come back again!

Nice deco, really like the open kitchen concept and casual feel to the restaurant. Pizza was slightly too thin, and became soggy with the tomato sauce. But the crust was flavorful and chewy. Felt they can do better, especially with the executive chef's experience. Hope to return next time to a more creative menu!

One of the poorest restaurant experience I’ve had that I feel obliged to give a review. The staff are so poorly trained in both serving and customer service. The staff at the reception completely ignored my friend for a good few minutes even though she was standing right in front of her and did not even acknowledge her or asked her to wait if she was busy. They also had bad planning of the sitting arrangements and made a man change table to accommodate our group. Moreover, the food also took really long to arrive, and was cold when it came (left out for too long kind of cold). This was exacerbated by the fact that the food wasn't even served altogether (we were not told/asked that our food served course by course) but served separately with up to a whopping 30 minute waiting time in between each dish. We ordered grilled cheese and expected it to be hot, after all it had to come out of a grill, but the cheese was lukewarm at best. We had to also follow up multiple times for all our orders which was very exasperating as a customer. After waiting more than an hour for the final dish (a ravioli dish), we were told that it just ran out, which was, to us, ridiculous because we ordered over an hour ago (once again bad planning or merely forgotten our order). The last straw was probably when they played a deafening “Happy Birthday” song for a guest and repeated it 3 times. I thought that loud music was not allowed during Covid times but I guess to please one guest, they would rather offend the rest. So we gave up & called for the bill, they gave us 10% off to make up for the long wait but honestly, considering the bad food and service it was a complete waste of time and I do not recommend this to anyone. Such a poor experience especially for this price range.
