★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment scheduled 6-March 2018 at 10AM on site. On 05-March, I even double confirm with Lenna the appointment timing as I'll be taking leave and I need to travel on site (as I haven't shifted in yet).
On actual appointment day, I reach on site at 9:45AM and waited till 10:30AM but Hejia didn't show up. I called Lenna and was inform that Hejia will reach at 11AM. I waited till 11:30AM and still Hejia no show.
I took leave and waited for almost 1H30M in vain. If someone don't bother to honour their words how can we trust their products and services. Very disappointed.

Feel so lucky to stumble into Hejia before I install window on my rooftop area, her presence reassures the process and I just felt safe to trust her with my curtain needs. I must say despite the pandemic regulations , they were able to accommodate to meet customer expectations and punctually delivers the blinds with required manpower. Punctual, reliable and dedicated service beyond expectations. Highly recommended for all your curtains and blinds solution.
