Despite the circuit breaker and many layers of approval they had to obtain, Anson did his best to help us get our curtains and blinds up as soon as possible and even put up the curtains for us himself to expedite the process ! I really appreciate Kenneth's support getting my invisible grille installed at my kitchen. Now I can rest with a peace of mind that my two furbabies will be safe and sound when I am not around. I have a few challenges finding the suitable grille for my kitchen window. Another company's salesperson whom I spoke with told me I can only do sliding and encasement window grille and charged me $700 for a 2 panel window. I was shocked by the price and was told that the steep price was because the company had to pay more for workers' accomodation and transport due to COVID. It was quite a well-known company which was recommended by the cat lovers community. After much research, I was recommended by my colleague to HS Curtains where Kenneth attended to me. The pricing was much more reasonable. Kenneth was creative to solve my concerns and able to offer me bi-fold invisible grille where I can still have full access to the entire window area, so that I can put out my laundry with ease. When the original assigned installer expressed difficulties in attaining my desired outcomes due to the limited space, Kenneth was willing to get in another installer for a second opinion who was confident to install the grille and give me what I wanted. He was prompt in his follow up, sincere and transparent from the pre- to post sales processes. Really thankful for such wonderful services. Highly recommended.

I engage Kenneth from HS Curtains to fabricate all the blinds for my house. He did a fantastic job in offering his advice and experience. He provided the best materials and design recommendation to me. Their pricing is very reasonable for the type of good quality materials they use. Do not engage their services. I hired Sean in January and we agreed to install zip blinds end March. He wanted a deposit and I gave him half by PayLah. Not a peep from him till I chased him at the end of March. Made all sorts of excuses about having covid, stock not coming in and then conveniently stock coming in the next week which became the next and then the next week. Even tried to blame me by saying I wasn’t in a rush (what does that have to do with the fact that you didn’t deliver your job as agreed?) Anyway you get my drift. He’s a liar and a thief. When I asked for my deposit back since he didn’t deliver on time, he refused and once again gave feeble excuses saying that all zip blind companies are facing shortages (although he magically managed to get stock for next week apparently). A LIAR AND A THIEF. Do not trust him.

Had an amazing experience working with Sean and his team. They suggested outdoor trellis for my balcony and they are perfect! The installation went smooth and they were really efficient too. Very satisfied.
