Vicky was hospitable when we visited the showroom to find out more information on Ziptrak. She also offered to help us liaise with our condo management for approval of the installation. She sends us updates and she’s always prompt to reply us whenever we had questions. Prior to choosing Softhome, we requested quotations from other vendors. But they were just never as responsive and helpful. On installation day, the team arrived punctually. They were friendly and courteous. While they install, they made sure to clean and vacuum any debris. As we’re currently living here during the installation, we thoroughly appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness in keeping the space as clean as possible for us. The Ziptrak is beautiful and a nice touch to maximize the use of our balcony. Thank you so much, Vicky and team. We highly recommend!

Thank you Nate for your hard work, he is very polite, responsiveness and patience. You helped us with the blinds for our entire house - outdoor and indoor. Thank you for sending the sample catalog several times over the past few months. The discussion process was very informative and helpful as well. TOSO blinds are amazingly nice, as are Venetian blinds of the house brand that are of excellent quality. The entire installation process is hassle-free and professional installers are always punctual and will take care of any issues that come up. Our satisfaction with the results is outstanding and we wish to thank Nate and the team at softhome for all their hard work.

Amazing work done up by Softhomes. Every aspect of their service, from on site consultation to installation works, was conducted in a professional manner. Extremely impressed with Nate’s service and the extra mile that he went for me. The backstory was that I am currently living in Germany, and renovating my house in Singapore remotely. I’ve approached several companies but NO ONE gave me such top-notch service about the products and the detailed advice needed for the aesthetics aspect of my house. Not only was Nate professional in explaining the different types of products the company offers, he also recommended what would be suitable for my house based on pictures of my house. He was efficient in replying and made the process of choosing the products, and making an appointment for site measurement seamless. After deciding on exactly what I wanted, he arranged for installation really quickly and soon, my house was finally DONE to perfection :”) I’m very thankful to have met someone like Nate, who knows exactly what he is doing and gives me the peace of mind knowing that my house is well taken care of. Great experience with softhome for blackout roller blinds! My salesperson Nate is very helpful, patient and responsive. He is also very knowledgeable about the products and happy to share photos. I was deciding between softhome or another vendor that is $50 cheaper but still decided on softhome due to Nate’s expertise & responsiveness. It was the right decision because they managed to fabricate and deliver in just 1 week! Installation was super quick too. Prompt service and response, will recommend!

We engaged softhome to set up blinds for 3 of our rooms (living room and 2 guest bedrooms) after hearing good reviews about them and were very satisfied with the experience. Shawn was very quick to follow up with us after we first contacted them, and provided us not only with technical advice for installation but also design feedback based on the colour theme of our home. We were impressed by the speed of the whole process )from the first conversation to the completion of installation) which took only about a couple of weeks. The installer, Jian Hao, was very efficient in putting up the blinds and completed the 3 rooms within 2 hours. The dust generated was very minimal and the loud noise was negligible since it was so fast. We appreciate the quality of work, the competitive pricing, and are very happy with how our home looks now. Definitely would recommend softhome!

Nate from @softhomesg was extremely patient in explaining all the different types of window treatments. Definitely very helpful for a layman like me! I love the curves of the ‘S-fold’ and the 2-tone colours! ❤️❤️❤️? Absolutely love his sincerity and how he went the extra mile to make sure we have a good experience and selected the right product for us. ?
