★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay. It does the job of getting you to Malaysia but there's no service and little comfort going through here. Go Google the different bus routes and pick one that boards passengers closest to you. I reckon most of the buses are comparable.
If you want a bit more comfort and speed you're better off getting cab in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here. Just now. Is just 11.20. But the bus is left. When I look at it the bus is empty. What is this? The uncle is very rude as well. If you guys can't follow your promises just don't put the timing. Is just wasted of time for us to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called up Causeway link and was told the last hourly bus between Msia and SG custom was 7pm. When I reached there at 6.15pm, there were no more buses. Apparently, the last bus was at 6pm. I had to walk 1km with 20kg of luggages. CW, you almost killed me for giving me wrong info!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable service. The lugo app provides live dynamic MISINFORMATION. Donot bother to try to schedule your trip. Newton to JB is reliable because they can not cancel. CIQ keep cancelling CW5 and run more CW2 buses. KILL THE LUGO APP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam service!! Do not trust it.
1. We paid SGD$ from JB to Woodlands checkpoint and the driver didn’t say a thing - it should have been Ringgit.
2. We were dropped off at Woodlands checkpoint, went through immigration swiftly and the bus never came.
Looking at the other reviews on hindsight, one is better off taking the Singapore public bus (i.e. SBS).
