Worst ever bus service.

Unreliable transport service. Driver arrived 30min late 3x already till date. Today, a driver arrived early, saw that I wasn't there yet, cancelled my ride and left before the scheduled pickup time. Customer support was non-existent. Not only did i not get a refund, im going to be late. !@#$ you SWAT.

Horrible booking app, Long wait and journey time too. Almost 0 improvements after 1.5 months of constant feedbacks

Ver long traveling time, almost daily taken care 1hr30 min inside the bus. Poor responsibility and customer service, provide the feedback function however reply very at slowly at first two time. Now has been passed more then one weeks, it still no rely at all. On app, no flexible and friendly use. Need to book advance 30min. If not even the bus have sit also cannot booked.

Book 2.45am ride from airport T2 to home, 2.45am call the operator she told me she still assign 3.30am I call again she told me they only got limited car so if I can't wait that long she ask me to cancel, OMG she admit is their management problem some of drivers told me they use to have walkie-talkie but somehow they got this talkie system taken away, so now the operator can't reach them if car is still needed the driver also worry if they come back to airport they cannot guarantee got pax to pick up or not. SWAT management please do something about it, maybe can whatapps the drivers to arrange for pick up.

SWAT rejected my claim based on bus operators claims. Dishonest company. Bus driver drove off without even picking any passengers and was on the second lane. Did not open door for anyone to board. Driver claims passengers boarded his vehicle. Wonder if he saw ghosts instead? Bus driver did not even drove to the bus lane to pick up passengers and was at the second lane, did not open bus door to let anyone board. So i wonder how did anyone even managed to board his vehicle when he was dangerously on the second lane? Another mini bus came infront of him and that was when passengers boarded that vehicle instead and now transport company only believes drivers word that people had boarded his vehicle. This definitely feels like an error in the app where i was told to board another separate bus from my coworkers. And that resultant bus not picking anyone by driving off the scene. What a joke of a company. They are taking advantage of the fact by refusing to compensate me just because i did not have time to snap a proper photo evidence of the bus driving off as it happened all TOO fast.
