S	Shawn NGU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can feedback is avoid this shop. I remember a few year back when this dishonest shop replaced my car battery when it is not a battery issue. I only found out from another shop later. Also, they quoted expensive tyre like 500/piece to me. Don’t even deserve a star!
K	Kenneth Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While driving on a Sunday, my iDrive showed half capacity of engine oil remaining despite performing oil servicing recently. To any driver, it is almost an emergency. I contacted the service manager for advice and was told that the oil float sensor has an error margin so there is nothing to worry about. I accepted her explanation. But when I asked for the oil grade used for my car, just so I can immediately purchase a spare bottle at the petrol station to keep in my car in case of an emergency, I was told to contact her on Monday because she wants to spend her weekend with her family. That’s when I know I’m done with this workshop. Don’t even get me started with their overpriced parts which I realised after comparing with other workshops.

Mr. Lau, the boss, is a very nice, honest and reliable chap. Not much of a talker he is, but his actions says a thousand words. Fast and quick turn around of your vehicle is expected.

J	JL Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car in for the first time in March this year, after servicing, the drive was worst than before I sent in, I did not know that it can become bad after servicing. Seem like they only use a single engine oil 5w40, it did not do well for my Mazda 3. Turn around time so quick that I'm not sure much has been done. The servicing was not cheap plus almost charge me double for labour fee, and pretend to waive off one of it as a 'favour'. After contacting the shop they did ask for a recheck but I decided against it, so thanks for following up with me still. Shop has since changed hands, and have provided better customer service now.

Detailed and honest gentleman with a solid team of mechanics. Reasonably priced and quality workmanship to match. Fast turnaround time and well explained. Conveniently located and also a great one stop shop for all my worries. Will return for sure!

Sent my car for servicing and I can really feel a good difference from before servicing. Expect excellent workmanship and service from them. When I sent my car for routine servicing. They will do a full check on my car during servicing and advise me on any recommendation/repairs before they proceed any further, transparent pricing. Will recommend it to others.
