Cybersite - #08-02 Cybersite

If I could rate lower then 1 star I would gladly do so. The services suck. Last year they terminate my services without sending me any renewal notice giving me a lot of unnecessary trouble. Requested to adjust the hosting and domain to expire on the same day. Was being told the amount after adjustment which I agreed and paid. This year call me during Jan 17, they said my services were expiring soon. Told them I made payment for adjustment and it should expire around April ask them to check and inform me if everything was in order. However they did not check and terminated my services without getting back to me. Realising that my services was being terminated I call and check. They just told me I did not renew that why it was being terminated. Upon further check with the customer services I was being told it expire on march 17. I question them on why it was being terminated, they took 2 weeks and was still unable to give me an explaination. They even disputed that adjustment had not been paid.Instead of giving me an explaination they called and urge me to make a 2 years renewal with them and my services were shut down abruptly and without prior notice, and this badly affected my business. Finally I give up as I need my services to be up ASAP. I agreed to make a 1 year renewal and was being told the amount to be paid and what services I will be getting. The customer service told me they will send me an e-mail containing the payment instruction. After receiving the email, found that the amount stated in the e-mail was wrong so I called up the customer service again and was told a different price to be paid with different services being offered. I was so frustrated after being told that the services that I was being told have to make a two years rewewal and which I have to pay much more than what was being told. Can't continue to have my client thinking I'm out of business I have to continue to renew the service at this point of time. However I will look for another hosting company and migrate all my services there ASAP. Just Wan to remind all potential customers there that this is not a hosting company you should consider. Just want to make a feedback to Cybersite. Your staff - KH Lim is helpful and full of knowledge on web service! He spends near a month time to understand my website current issues and provide the best solutions for me. At last, I take up the plan that he suggested to me, and its definitely works for my website, thanks!

17 Jul 2018 Avoid, worst tech support ever. Try other provider like Vodien. We have approached someone else to check on our website and they conclude that the issues in our website can only be fixed by our current hosting provider yet Cybersite support only know standard reply template with no substance. They take a long time to reply and the reply was not even helpful at all lol. Update @ 20 Jul 2018 took them 3 freaking days and i still can't log in my FTP. This is how bad their tech support are. You can't talk to their tech over the phone and they take a super long time to respond to email, avoid or face the same frustrations. After waiting for 5 hours for an email reply, i finally managed to log in. Yay! finally!! and this was not the main problem to start with... Update @ 23 Jul 2018 Still having problems logging in.. :( Update @ 25 Jul 2018 - Final Yay!! Finally migrated to another provider!! Cybersite said that our website is fine despite obvious sign that it is not. My new provider immediately flagged it as being compromised and i'm working on it to restore my website. Goodbye Cybersite! I'm glad i don't have to deal with you ever again. :)

Cybersite - What a great place to get your website started. With an affordable price which can be purchase by anyone to kick start their online business, this is the place to go. Friendly staff which helps you to answer all your enquiry and also great service perform by them. This is definitely my first choice when it comes to hosting.

Prices are reasonable and competitive. But our email domain was cut off more than a month before expiry WITHOUT notice. Invoice was dated 7th February 2019 and due on 23rd March 2019 but email domain was cut off on 13th February 2019. It will be better if there is a notification letting us know that the email domain will be cut off. *Not sure if this is a business strategy for us to renew the domain*

Nice experience with Cybersite's hosting service. My very first hosting provider since 2015, I extend my services from web hosting to their email hosting and also web security service. Always treat me well and ensure my website is up (even sometimes it may down, hahahaha, but still able to fix it rapidly). Deserved a big thumbs up

Long story to tell about Cybersite... Back to 3 years ago, when I started up my first website, and get a domain and hosting with Cybersite. At that time, their support is so poor that might take 3-4 days to reply my email. Which made me want to transfer to other provider after 1 year with them. But after I have this thought, their support suddenly become very friendly and prompt services, I felt weird as well and only found out that the company is already sold to another bigger hosting provider company, that's why the changes had made. Start from there, their support is really superb now, thanks to Cybersite, oops should thanks to the company buyer =D Btw, satisfied now, and will continue with Cybersite!

We've used Cybersite service for many many years. They are fast in response and effective in solving customer's problems. Their web design team did a marvelous job by accommodating all our requests and got the job done in a super efficient manner. The team is super easy to work with. Customer-centered service is seen every step of the way.
