I would suggest going to their competitors like Bobochacha and other balloon stores. I purchased with them several times and was a good experience. I only purchased from them this time cause i wanted a black backdrop that was available at their store only (bobo chacha out of stock) that ended up not being received by me. LOL story time below besties : It’s no doubt they have variety and are sort of affordable but when i made my collection the service wasn’t up to standard. I collected my balloons after giving my order number upon reaching the stores and the staff present was clueless on what and where my item exactly was. hahaha she even asked me “Are any of your balloons here? the colour?” when i was at the entrance and when i noticed she forgot to passed me my last item which was like 10pcs of balloons ya. she also didn’t know where it was i had to look for it and found it myself LOL. I still said thank you and was very kind. Anyway before i left she asked me to check my items, along with my balloon purchase. i had bought some parties items that were places in the balloon bag ( if you don’t know they are places in a big translucent plastic bag with the weight) NOW my little banner and backdrop ( supposedly) was placed inside. When i was asked to check i noticed the banner and assumed that the backdrop was there too… only to realised it was not when i was back home. When i contacted the staff, they were responsive but i had to be firm on where they went wrong cause (1) The items so small and you throw it in a big bag with the balloons, how to take? how to check properly? ( not like your staff holds the order sheet and checks before she gives my items) (2) I had ask for a refund GUESS WHAT they havent gotten back to me LOL so unprofessional. Its been nearly 2 weeks. I left the text last and they never replied, trust me when i say i was very nice and respectful. I have worked in customer service and i know the hard part of the job but when you mess up, the least you can do is make up for it? esp when they person was sincere. Thank god i had extra backdrop for the party i was doing.
