Customer service did well but it could be better if they have better technical knowledge so that they could guided me better. It is worth mentioning that the engineering team did very well in solving my issue within half an hour. Goodjob.

Absolutely terrible. Server is down for 5 days. They still cannot resolve issue. Business owners like us are suffering. Don’t go to them for your hosting needs. Uncontactable and doesn’t respond to our emails on update of status.

Been using Signetique since before they acquired Clever Internet, and have always been super happy with them. Had a problem with some nameservers in March 2019 and called them but was placed on hold. I hung up after a while but (and this made me very happy) they called back on their own volition and sorted out the problem. I've been corresponding with William Tan from ExabytesSG (not sure how tied up they are with Signetique) who was amazing.

Poor email system. Spam system constantly banning important customers emails. Customer support is earnest but not helpful. Half the time they don't understand what you're saying even though they speak english so they keep misdiagnosing the problem. Slow servers. If they were ever good, they were probably screwed up after being bought by exabytes.

Overall the performance and service are satisfying. The staff is very patient in guiding me throughout the initial step. I had a very horrible experience with previous hosting plan. So far it is working well for me hopefully this one will not disappoint me... (addition: he has a cute voice :)

Terrible servers. Down for 3 days last week and again now. Gaveen Khor said that management will get in touch with me to make some special arrangements for their service failure but conveniently ignored this promise until now. DO NOT use them. Your customers will lose their trust in you if your email is not working and websites are down all the time

I'm low profile and been using signetique service for 3 years without big problems as the server working quite smooth for my little business. Few days ago, i was helping my sister to set up her NS. I wondered it was my network problem or the server problem, the update for NS wasnt function at all for a few hours. I had submitted the ticket to their 24/7 support at midnight. Well, i dint expect their help in the late night but i still surprised that they managed to call me back early in the morning. They managed to solve my problem in a very short time so i would like to write this review to thank you for the good work of the staff, Kelvin.

Raising the 1 star service to a 3 star. Recently required technical support to setup a new WP site and received outstanding support from their engineer, Sam. Requested for a call back on Monday and never did get the call until Tuesday (- 2 stars for that). I would say that the support from their engineer was a 5 star but follow up on the initial call to the support team was a 2 star service. There is still a lot of room for improvement. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Star Lousy service from support. They will consistently only respond via email even when requesting for a call. Took more then 5 days to resolve a simple spam issue. Support kept telling me that specific phrases could not be entered into the spam list that I'm paying for only to find out 5 days later that it could. No real 24hr support and their line cuts off after 10min of holding for support .. So now I get an email asking me to send an email to "[email protected]'" . That is the email I've been communicating on for the past 6 days. Requested to speak to the supervisor and have yet to receive a call back. Every communication with them has had a different Tech support with different responses. No one to hold accountable for the information provided by the Techs
