A total rip off they charge a dollar just to use the Internet and they don't tell you about it. Also scanning document cost like 50 cents, just use your phone to do it. The uncle was pretty rude about it as well, saying that because I didn't ask about using the internet that's why he didn't tell me it cost to use it.

I was initially put off by the reviews but decided to give it a shot. Went in to print some documents. Had everything ready in a thumb drive and it just took seconds to finish. Price is fair, just make sure to ask them about it before printing. Many thanks to the store owners.

I urge the shop owners to ensure that they are giving correct and up-to-date information about Singaporean passport/ID photo requirements instead of dismissively telling me to read the requirements they had printed out. Having no access to the internet, I trusted that their information was accurate. However, as evinced on the screenshot from the ICA website, wearing of glasses is permitted. The shop must understand that everyone wants to look decent, especially for important lifelong documents, hence, their inaccurate information will result in customers spending on photos that they would have liked to be taken otherwise. Being accurate is all part of basic business professionalism.

As a local is sad to see this kind of topical ah bang service from the uncle wearing spectacle so rude. Can't even talk nicely have to shout and reject customer just because don't feel like working attitude

Stay far far away from this place. Went in to have my ID photo printed but was told that my photo required edit to fit the ICA requirements even though the photo was taken by ICA approved app. Had my doubts but chose to believe the uncle anyway. However when I received the photo, it is obviously edited in a way that it no longer fits the ICA requirements (some weird lines and colour fading in some parts), but the uncle claimed to have not edited the photo at all and said he used the original. When I raised it to him, he shouted and waved me off, even when I said i will try with ICA and if it doesnt work i will come back to the shop, but he just said "no cannot come back hor, i used what you given me." Thankfully, there's another staff who at least was willing to come up with an alternative solution for me. Which is why i gave 1 star, if not it will be 0.

Similar to the reviews below, a total rip-off. DO NOT use their internet to print or be prepared to pay $1 for just a simple 1 min log in to your email. They do not state it upfront until payment. I would give zero stars if I could.

The staff can raise voice to the customers as it seem to be the only shop in Yew Tee. I happened to pass by the shop and saw Police went there as the staff in the shop was very rude to the customer. It seem that they quarrel over wrong size photo being taken and cut and demand payment again as the size of the photo taken was wrong. Even challenge the customer to call the Police. I believed the customer call the Police. Visit at your own risk if photo size was wrong as you need to pay again.

Have been going here since I was in primary school. The shop owners look fierce but they're actually very helpful!! Have gone here to take passport pictures, to print things for school and photocopy certificates for job interviews ? Greatly appreciate them ❤️
