Receptionist (lady) who was on duty on 31st May, 2pm that answered the call was rude and unprofessional. Sounded unbothered too, not fit to be in the frontline & may affect the reputation of the clinic. Please look into it. Thank you.

Holiday closed is ok. But they don't update google on it. It shows they are open and waste our time. Called no answer to make it worse. Even if they don't know how to contact google, the least they can do is to setup an answering machine to inform clinic is closed ?

Super long waiting time! Normally need to take 2-3hours to wait for see doc and medicine. Service are bad, slow slow slow! The worst is my husband tested positive and go for doc. After 2 days we realize they din help him to submit his record to MOH! Worst clinic I ever see!

Queue was so long queued for 1hr and the queue DIDN'T Move. U had to QUEUE to register then afterwards continue queueing to see the doctor but I gave up aft standing in the same spot for 1hr trying to get registered and went to Greenlife instead. Afterwards had to return to the clinic for Covid test: staff was very rude and upsetting, asked her simple questions to clarify eg." Do I have to take this swab if I already tested positive?" and her reply was like " Do u understand is not I want to do the swab, is the letter given by the other doctor thats telling me to do the swab" . I was interrupted and ordered to go outside and wait by one receptionist when I was in mid conversation with another recptionist who was asking me about my condition like ??? and overall the receptionists were just rude and frustrated Have visited in the past and felt that the doctors for this clinic is more knowledgeable than Greenlife though. While understand that receptionists have to deal with a lot of patients, hope that they they can be more friendly and nicer to patients who are sick and have been waiting for so long

1st. Clinic open at 9am But outside clinic was already long queue I was there at 830 manage to get at queue number. But clinic opening was at 9am to 12.30pm However queue no. Provided was only up till 22. So if u came down even early at 830 u might no be able to get a queue number. 2nd. Manage to get a queue number as I was within the 1 to 22. Ahead of me there's few people While number 8 was out from consultation room The TV queue is still stuck at 8 for at least 30min. As I mentioned I was there at 830am now the time is 11:13 I still have not see the doctor yet Wondering what is the doctor doing behind close door? While patient is out from the room half an hour ago and waiting for medication. Lastly. As queue was long and everyone is scattered around limited chair was offered to patient And we are here still standing outside the clinic for close to 3hr just to see the doctor. As the we are all sick immune system is weak now. And we openly expose to the public. Apart from all these Please do not blame the nurse at the counter as they are trying their very best to resolve the patient faustration. And the one that can manage and handle all this inconvenience should be the one in the room..

On Sunday , with stated operating hours till 1pm , was surprised to step into an empty clinic before 1230pm and then told that they were closed because they need to do closing . If they need to close early than their published timing for some reason , they should just publish the closing time earlier. For essential services , it's important to be clear about service levels such as operating hours so patients could manage their own visits and seek alternative consultation elsewhere

Clinic nurses were both unprofessional. It might be subjective but the way they communicate to some patients were condescending. I told them I have fever, and they asked me to wait outside, outside where there’s no proper waiting area or seats. How can you ask a sick person to just wait outside while there were plenty of space inside? Then the doctor, his questions and statements were all dismissive, like he just wants to have the next patient so he can finish the long Q quickly. I even have to narrate my symptoms because he just doesn’t ask anything. All I got from him in the end was “if you still have these symptoms after a week just go to specialist”. Rude experience.

To the management : The clinic can provide many services. But it makes the patience wait until going to die. Cos patients with symptoms cannot wait inside. Only two stools outside. If the clinic is set up to care for patients, I hope it is, why made one doctor to anchor the clinic and stressed him/her out? If there are means to help to care for the patients, e.g. provide more stools, online registration, place a queue no. board outside the clinic minimally, why they cannot be implemented. I just wonder where is the clinic’s heart of compassion to help the sick? I am not critical on the service provided by the staffs. The are patience and exercise the best of their profession. ?? I want the best service from this clinic, if not 90% improvement, at least 70%. This clinic has faithfully serving the community of Yew Tee. The residents are very comfortable with the doctors. I just hope that the management of this clinic put some hearts and thoughts into caring for the patience’s needs. I know at least this is in the heart of the anchoring doctor that day. May God give you wisdom to know where to focus on and bring a transformation in service.
