Located in Holland Drive, and usually only opens till a little after lunch, this place is a gem for me. The chee cheong fun (猪肠粉)is made upon order, so the skin remains soft, smooth and chewy. Unlike those made in the factory, this one is thin almost translucent that you can see through it if you order any filling. It requires almost no chewing and glides down your throat. It is definitely a dish to be eaten fresh, as I made the mistake of taking it away once and it cooled and hardened once I got home. There are plenty of options of varying cost, from char siew, prawn, to smoked salmon and mushroom. I like to order the prawn one ($4) as the prawn meat is bouncy and fresh. Drizzled in that water-like salty sweet light soy sauce, paired with the chai poh (菜圃) and sambal chili, it is a perfect bite for me. Though I do find that it can get a little salty towards the end. My only gripe is that they use a lot of disposable plates and utensils for a quick snack. Would definitely recommend to any West siders who do not want to visit the famous one in Pek Kio.

Love it! Chee cheong fan is smooth and soft. The char siew fillings is not “ fat + jelak” and eating it with the sauce + chai por + chili is simply too delicious! At the price I don’t think it loses out those restaurant standard’

Very well made cheong fun - thin, translucent and smooth. I tried the cha siu version. It's more like braised pork, but great that the meat isn't dyed red. They claim not to use MSG either. We need more hawkers like this!

Setup looks similar to Pek Kio CCF. Texture wise similar on the thick side which I personally do not prefer. Cai poh on CCF is new to me and it was not salty. However the sauce was salty (like the cai poh had washed in it) despite me having finished kway chap earlier. Chili packs a punch but did not feel harmonious IMO.

The chee cheong fun had the right consistency - smooth but yet chewy. Also, the sauce was not too salty. Interestingly, some chai poh was provided (on the side) too. Overall, very good stuff. Unfortunately, too many disposables (ie. the plate, spoon and chopsticks) were used. The queue system, or rather the lack of it, was also quite chaotic.

A little chewy for me but overall enjoyed the Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun, enough chai po and chilly. Located at Holland Drive Market, it’s good but I prefer the one at Pek Kio. Stall accepts QR Pay

Chee Cheong Fun texture is good but the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking and the prawn had absolutely no taste. Maybe try the char siew one.

This one surprised me! It’s one of the best Chee Cheong fan in Sg! Very smooth (creamy even - lost for words ☺️), bouncy and of cors tasty - love the texture! There’s hardly any queue so may be people here haven’t appreciate it. Will be back for more!
