★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing vegetarian stall with such a low price. Auntie usually gives you a lot of beehun and it's only 2 dollar for normal size or 2.50 for upsize. Beehun sold out quickly usually so plenty of the time we are queueing just to wait for the beehun to come out.
Plenty item selection too. Though I haven't tried them yet. The vegetarian beehun is one thing everyone is queueing for.
Stall located at the center of Holland drive market, not too hard to spot as it's usually with a long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vegetarian bee hoon ($2) is cheap and filling. Each portion comes with quite a generous portion of bee hoon, mock meat, stir-fried cabbage, and one large piece of mock goose. The bee hoon is usually doused with some sauce, which makes it less dry.
They also sell the vegetarian chicken rice ($2.5). The rice portion is quite generous, and the rice itself is quite fragrant with ginger being the most prominent. It is topped with stir fried cabbage, mock meat, as well as drumstick made of beancurd skin. The drumstick is especially good for me.
Other than that, they also sell spring rolls ($0.7 each), which are good. The skin is crispy, and the fillings (turnip) still retains its crunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegetarian Bee Hoon (Char Siew, Goose and Popiah). This plate cost me less than $4, in fact the bee hoon with some accompaniments is only $2. Wow, at such value for money prices and the taste is not too bad. No wonder they have such a long queue with the old folks in this hood.
