★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Cheng Tng (Qing Tang) at $1.80 per bowl. The ingredients are quite generous - there are gingko nuts, snow fungus, barley, sweet potato, dried longan, among others. The soup itself is not too sweet, which I enjoy.
