★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there after a bad fall and did not regret my decision. The clinic assistant Nurul(?) was very attentive and ready to help. The doctor even came out of the room to help me into the treatment room because I was limping. Whole process was very smooth and all the staffs in the clinic were very knowledgeable and attentive. I was even amazed at the fact that both clinic assistants could speak fluent mandarin to their mandarin-speaking clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time at a Doctor Anywhere clinic and I came to get my PCR test done for my upcoming travels. I believe my entire visit took about 5 min so it was very efficient and the doctor did a good job with the PCR as I didn’t find it very uncomfortable since he was very gentle. There were three staff members at the counter and one of them seemed like a new hire who was in training, although she was in learning mode she was very friendly and had good energy so overall I’m pleased with my first visit to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed with the professionalism of Ima and Salina as well as Dr Chen.
They were caring and made our visit a very pleasant experience.
My wife was very afraid of needles but Dr Chen handled the needle very well and took the bloods pain free! Thank you Dr Chen and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest clinic that's doesn't disclose the right information on pricing upon registration. They only share the hidden charges when you completed the consultation and surprise you with additional cost. Not transparent at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was in a meeting during operation hours (~3 pm) and the counter staff were very friendly and refer me to another nearest clinic.
It's weird that doctors prioritize meetings rather than visiting patients in the clinic. Then shall close the clinic since no doctor is on duty?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in such trouble because of my caffeine allergy, and I can’t thank the doctor and the staff that helped me straight away when i arrived there feeling like i was about to die.
They are super careful and kind staff, i have to mention Ziera, she not only helped me at the clinic but also offered to take me back to my hotel because of my anxiety.
Amazing clinic!
