When I tried to get her attention, she dismissed me saying they too overwhelming orders from grab to take order now. Never going to buy from this stall ever.

The noodles are a little more cooked than some stalls but not yet like Tai Wah of Honglim, this stall also has sole fish and pork lard. The taste goes on the balanced side, if you take note of the taste, it’s pretty robust, the let down is the ingredients that did not match up to the chef’s skill, I believe if he has better selection of fishcake, meatballs and fishballs, the standard would take a transformation elevating it among the best Bak Chor Mee. So it’s a GEM for me. 2nd visit was nothing like the first. The sole fish is not there. Maybe because I just said Mee Pok and I got a Fishball mince pork version. But the taste of the noodle also fell short of what I experienced before. So I have updated it to average only.
S	Stanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent Bak Chor Mee located in a neighborhood coffeeshop in Hougang. For $3.50, you will get a bowl of yellow noodles with slices of lean meat, minced pork, fish cakes, 2 fishballs and a wanton. Their noodles were bit overcooked, as they were more soggy and sticky. The chilli sauce was good and spicy, with slight doses of vinegar and oil. And lastly, it was topped with chopped onions and of course, crispy pork lard to enhance the flavors. Mixed them thoroughly, you will still get a decent Bak Chor Mee.
