Ordered chicken cutlet pasta and delivered around an hour later but only received a plain tomato pasta and mushroom soup we ordered was not delivered. It was already 8.30pm when we had ordered it at around 7.10pm. So we still had to wait longer for proper order to arrive. We were already okay with the order arriving this late despite being 2km away from our house since we thought driver may have been caught in a jam or kitchen may have something happen and didn’t want to rush them. But it was unacceptable to have arrived this late with wrong orders. Was told to report it directly to the shop instead of grabfood, so we did that. Had to email them but they say they will get back to us. When they will get back? Not specified. Were we supposed to wait until they replied, then eat? Haven’t eaten anything yet, we brought all the food that we didn’t touch and had to directly go down to the shop to get back refund for food + delivery fee.

They have good chicken options. Good are tasty for the price and portion sizes are filing enough.

The woman staff taking order (featured in photo) super smelly face, bad attitude. Price not cheap $15 but ok to pay for their yummy food. Saw other reviews commenting on the service too, pls make improvements tenderfresh

The Happiness Set taste so~so, like spring chicken cut into small pieces. The roasted chicken is nice, the downside is too little chili sauce to dip. Will buy again.

Ordered via foodpanda. The most blend and overcooked aglio olio ever. Pasta 101, boil it with salt. So terrible u can taste the tap water. Never again.

All the staffs have attitude problems besides the one who is cooking whom didn't have interaction with. From taking orders till order completion, just throw the meals at the counter without telling customers their order is ready or which meals belongs to who. Service is definitely a big ZERO star rating!!!

Please hire someone with good attitude and willing to work. Your staff who take order/cashier given bad experience to the customer with her terrible attitude, sibeh dulan face that making me eating your food with fire! Although food taste not bad but I would triple consider if I would need to order food from her again.

SUPER Slow service, food ordered at 640pm but came 825pm. The cheese fries taste like uncooked fries with the sauces. The chicken mushroom PESTO pasta taste like chicken mushroom BROWN sauce pasta. The food totally not worth the wait and the price. You have been warned.
