★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is really unfriendly, the wait for checking-in is really long without any reimbursement or hotel-gesture. First impression with the staffs/service is already low beyond other cheaper places! We couldn't even reach out to the hotel easily, slow respond via booking app, everything is just taking ways too long and slow.
