Working with Vincent Tan of Darwin Interior was a wonderful experience from the day we met him till the handover. Vincent feels more like our buddy as he is very warm and personable. The most important thing is he was always on the ball with our project, giving us a great peace of mind and stress-free experience which we are very thankful for especially at a time when COVID was at its peak, rising costs and all the horror stories of unreliable renovation contractors. Our project was challenging. It was a 20 year old apartment and the condition requires a complete overhaul. We also have a limited budget. Vincent understood our concept and without being pushy, used his professional expertise and resources to make our dream home a reality. He also have very interesting and practical ideas. His confidence and assurance were something we did not quite get from the rest of the IDs we met. And we are happy to say that Vincent is not an empty shell. He lives up to his promises. There was no “abandonment”; he was always there, prompt and assuring when addressing our concerns. Not once did he made us feel like we were troublesome. For example at the last minute, we wanted to change the colour scheme of the kitchen. We also had a small issue with our water heater and all these were resolved quickly. As a business, Darwin Interior has the accreditation of HDB and CaseTrust. They also have their in-house carpentry which is of good quality that can be seen in my kitchen, shoe cabinet, wardrobes and vanities in the bathrooms. My family is very grateful to Vincent and Darwin Interior for transforming our house to a cosy and beautiful home. We truly appreciate your professionalism and we are now happily enjoying living in our house!

We have selected Darwin due to its credibility & established in the interior design space. My ID was Isaac and we chose to work with him because of his sincerity and comfort level interacting with him during our discussions. Isaac has provided many valuable feedbacks during the renovation. He is efficient and coordinates the renovation works well. As the renovation phase is bound to have hiccups, he will solve the issues highlighted. Before my wife and me engaged Darwin Interior, we went to a few ID firms for quotations, we were about to engage another ID firm until we met our ID Irene Lee. Irene was very professional, provided us with details of our renovation needs, she was not pushy on her ideas but listen to our ideas and needs before propose a better or more suitable ideas to help us make decisions. Although her quote was not the lowest, but we feel it's value for money and the final product of my house reno confirms that we made the right choice with Irene Lee. Despite the Covid-19 situation and shortage of reno workers everywhere, Irene managed to complete my new BTO reno within 8 weeks. My BTO neighbour's reno jobs was being pushed back for months due to the Covid-19 situation and my reno was on time as promised by Irene Lee. As a first time home owner, Jaslin Tan has been very professional and patient in handling my project. When choosing an ID, I feel the vibe is very important, considering you are going to hand a huge sum of money to a person that you barely met for 2-hrs and you are going to work with for the following 2-3 months. The project was delivered as promised. It had been a very positive experience. Not getting annoyed by my silly questions and always positive in replying them. 10/10 would recommend.

Lucas is our ID to renovate our house. It was a very pleasant and smooth transactions dealing with him. Easy to discuss with should there be any last minute changes or additional items that we want to add into this renovation. He made a very well arrangement or schedule with us on the date of renovation. Always keep us posted what have been done and what are the next task of the contractor and so for. I have put up a trust in him as from the way he works really showing me how responsible and reliable person he is. I have leave it to him for him to come with the drawings of the kitchen cabinet as well as the cabinet in the balcony.it really make me happy and meet to my expectations. Also the shelves in the toilets too. I’m very happy with the workmanship too. Sometimes, we also do get his advise in the matching colours of the wall painting against our cabinet colour that we choose. Very prompt reply and good service. My family is very happy for his service and would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to him for all his hardwork and extra time spare just to listen and giving opinion required from him. I bought a 30 yo flat with super old and ruined interior fixtures. After talking to 3 different ID, my friend recommended Darwin. I walked into their office one Sat afternoon and was served by Irene. Thank god for that. Irene is very patience, systematic, and have an eye for details. She understood what I envisioned my home to be. We would like to really thank Gifford for all his help during our renovation journey. Knowing we have a really tight timeline to meet and yet we're constantly busy, he really took many things in his own hands and went out of his way to assist as much as he can. We left a lot of decisions to him, including choosing the lightings, carpentry, flooring to him as we trust in his expertise and he really delivered. Very happy with the the design of our place, the quality is great - carpentry was sturdy, flooring was nice, positioning is perfect and handover was also timely. Although I personally went down less than 5 times to oversee the renovation, I was kept updated constantly with photos and videos and messages were almost always responded to immediately with a follow up call as well. Gifford was responsive and patient, gave us sound advice and we really couldn't thank him enough at the end of the day.
