★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my family's 1st time to the dental clinic, as we were referred to Dr. James and had had a great experience! Dr. James was very kind and understanding to my elderly mother and; rendered excellent and patient services to our requests. The counter staff were courteous and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to Alliance to have a crown done for my tooth. Was attended by Dr. Lee H L. He was friendly and gentle and explained the procedure throughly, hence putting the patient at ease. The reception staff were friendly too. Overall a good experience at the clinic. Will definitely recommend my family members to Dr. Lee HL and will go back again for future dental treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming here and the service associates were welcoming and nice. Place was very bright and clean with a bus stop directly infront. Dr Lee was extremely patient and easy going. Was scared for the anesthetic needle but he did not rush me and even did breathing exercises with me. His assistant also held my hand while he injected the needle into my gums. Fastest wisdom tooth surgery I had, less than an hour with no pain at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr James is a very caring, patient and friendly dentist. Can feel that the service is really good. Highly recommended but have to make appointments early. It seems like there is only 1 dentist at the clinic when I was there if I am not wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the clinic for a 2nd opinion on a dental implant on my upper right first molar. Dr Lee saw my CT scan and offered encouraging words. Dr Lee is very experienced and friendly. My initial apprehension for the procedure was readily alleviated. I'm in good hands.
Receptionists are very lively and friendly too. They are always smiling. Had a very wonderful dental experience here. Will recommend this clinic to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for braces consultation after seeing their Instagram ad. Amazed with the customer service, the receptionists were really warm and friendly. Dr James was really patient and kind with explaining the issues and the costs that could be incurred. He was really understanding when I explained my circumstances (i.e. can only begin my treatment in 6 months). Did not feel any pressure or hard selling.
The only mini down side, got a little lost and was not able to find the clinic for my 1st visit.
