Lionel has always helped me in the past with laptops data recovery and is super knowledgeable and helpful. Today I went in to solve an issue with retrieval of data . He helped me today. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional customer service. I got all my file I thought were history. You are all always so helpful. This excellent service is the reason I choose not to switch my business data recovery company

โ โ โ โ โ They are very good. They deserve every penny they ask for but be ready to pay. They were super helpful in everything I asked for and they give free diagnostics, which is awesome. If you want the best, you get what you pay for.I originally took my external hard drive to a local recovery store. When they couldn't help me, they recommended Seagate Data Recovery Services. I was heartbroken and skeptical to send my data away but I'm so glad I did. Lionel was very helpful in answering my questions and staying in contact with me. They were also able to work with me on the cost I was quoted and I got the majority of my data back. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend these guys. Lionel was quick and reliable.

I had a WD External Hard drive that required data recovery services after it stopped working. All of my family photos, files, my memories were trapped, and I couldn't access them.
