Service staff were friendly, and also patiently explained the possible causes leading to the damage of my laptop. Would definitely come back here again in the future for any repair of laptops/handphone.

Price of data extraction is overcharged. Did not provide any invoice or record of service before receiving client’s device. Did not explain anything to the client on the spot when client hands the device to them. Did not return the old device after data extraction despite constant chase. Took unacceptably long to reply. Required double/tripple texting before the customer service replies. Bad management. Do not recommend this repair shop.

Nash gave very prudent and professional advice on whether to change certain parts and when which I sincerely appreciate.

Nash was patience and explained the procedure to us and highlighted to us the things to look out for. Well appreciated and definitely come back if we have any issues in the future.

Surveyed a few shops and this is one of the most affordable places to get the laptop repaired. Nash was also very attentive, following up by asking what issues did I have with my laptop. Highly recommended!
M	Maya See on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been very disappointed with the service. The only saving grace for me to give a 2 star rating is Nash -- he has been friendly and have been comfy to communicate. The entire process has been by far one of the worst service encounters -- they don't keep to the timeline and keep changing or don't update, and I have to keep chasing continuously to check on the update and progress and the whole process has been frustrating. I observed a lot of positive feedback and felt so many people 'cannot' be wrong, but I am simply shocked. I realise a good number of those positive feedback is possibly due to the $3 discount provided for positive Feedback on Google -- this is an unethical way to gain positive review.
