★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an enquiry via their contact number to get a replacement for my macbook pro battery. When i reached the store at Millenia Walk, Jian Guo who attended to me, was very friendly and also knowledgable in the field of technology. Not only did he replace my battery for my macbook pro within 20+mins, he also helped me to identify that my charging cable was also faulty. As such, I was able to have a very smooth experience overall. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure that my everything was working fine.
If you’re not too sure if you should go to which shop to get your computer fixed, or any device for that matter, i definitely highly recommend this shop. Can walk walk in the mall in the meantime too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Macbook Pro suddenly stopped working today. Within 30 minutes of handing over my machine to Jian Guo he was able to determined it was battery issue and got it replaced, up and running! Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I was a tad hesitant that they might ask me to update or purchase additional parts to repair my macbook. Jian Guo told me he would take around half hour to fix my macbook, and it was done within 30 mins. He didn't add on any "surprise" or "additional" fees like some other repair centres would. Great service and efficient!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously sent my MacBook Air (which cant be charged) to Apple and was told that the motherboard of my device was faulty and need to be replaced (at a hefty price). Went to Mac.Infinity (Millenia Walk) for 2nd opinion. Was attended by Ong Jian Guo who is very friendly and knowledgeable in his trade. 2 days after handing over my device, Jian Guo called & informed that they've diagnosed it as just a faulty battery, and had it replaced it with a new one. Thumbs up to Jian Guo & team. Jian Guo was very patient in explaining the issues to me over the phone and in person. Overall, very satisfied with his service. Highly recommended to send any Apple products here for repair.

Went the extra miles to help recover my data from my flooded MacBook Pro that wouldn’t even start; they just kept trying! Jian Guo is soft-spoken and patient in answering all questions. The service was really fast. Brought over on Sunday night to fix and collected the phone tonight. Two days and they saved my phone and my data when Apple can’t. I will definitely tell my friends about this awesome shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Jian Guo for always being able to fix my apple items. I have sent many of my phones for repair and they have never fail me at all.
Hassle free and so far they have never let me down. In terms of cost wise, its very reasonable and they have arrangement where delivery can be done under our own cost and I think this totally make things very convenient for those who have very busy schedule and yet want to fix our phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought down my MacBook Pro because the speakers were cracking and heating up vet quickly. Very friendly and professional staff who analysed the issue of the speaker and the heat for free. Turned out battery is still in tact as well the fan coil.
Speakers had to be exchanged though. Very swift and super hassle free compared to other repair centres.
Highly recommendable if you want value for money!
