I don’t eat much Chinese food usually so was quite impressed when the fish soup came in a large hot tub with hot stones inside. True to what the reviews before mine said, fish was fresh and soup was good. Used the entertainer to get a somewhat small discount. Wasn’t really 1 for 1 though…

On the other hand when the dining hall is fully occupied, the manager took initiative to let us have a private room to dine in but limit our dining time to 2 hours which I never comes across.
A	Aaron Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique experience for having fish soup. The stone kept the soup warm for a long period of time. Soup is flavorful. But the fish isn't the freshest, probably frozen and thawed more than once. The soup only contain one fish and some tofu. You can add additional topping at a small cost. It's worth it with the eatigo vouchers, otherwise it's kinda overprice. Why this restaurant isn't attractive much customer as compare to the other restaurants down the street ? IMOP 1. Price of beer - neighboring restaurant are selling at $5-6, and yours is 15% more. Chinese beer are light, people tend to drink more. 2. You don't have small cold dish. It would be nice to have so people can sit for long chit chatting and enjoy these light refreshing bites.

We tried the signature dishes like Stone Steam Grouper 木桶鱼(红斑), Spicy Chicken Cubes 辣子鸡, Tomato Omelette 西红柿炒鸡蛋. Attentive and friendly service. Friendly boss as well. Came here for dinner on a Friday evening. Did not try their signature fish dishes. Food is good. The service is fast and friendly. Customers are able to sing karaoke while having a meal here but due to Covid-19 measures, this is not available for now.
T	Tan Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional value with eatigo! Had the stone steamed fish in cask. Fresh red grouper. Solid soup (appetizing pickled veg), be warned its spicy. Soup warms all the way down from throat to belly. The portion is huge and they will happily pack in in a container for you to takeaway when you can’t finish. No gst, only service charge. Will return again for the fantastic soup!

Beats many other steamboats around Singapore. Would be better if there’s chuan chuan to order. Would be pricey without discount. Booked with eatigo for 50% off for the all dishes except 35% off for fish.

But one thing to note was that I felt thirsty after drinking 3-4 bowls of soup.. Not sure if its msg.. Overall service was good as well. Do come and try out if you love fish.

But soup was slightly lighter taste than I expected, I prefer thicker and milky fish soup (personal preference). The other dishes were just alright…
