Best Chinese restaurant in Singapore

k	kei kei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be fooled by the spice and oil level that you find on the grilled fish head( u can order half a fish head). The spices are well balanced without being too overpowering or spicy. Love the grilled spare ribs where the cumin spices goes well with the meat. Love the cold dish of tofu skin mixed with coriander, it’s very appetising and refreshing to eat in between the fish and spare ribs. It is hard to find this dish 藕饼夹肉, lotus root with minced meat, here in Singapore! Do order it coz the ones made here are authentic in taste! Last but not least, the pumpkin pancakes are sooo gooood! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! Would recommend you to come and try the dishes I had!

Y	Yuchen L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super high quality ingredients. The mala frog is a must order!! The cold noodle is also amazing. The pork and pepper stir fry tasted authentic to Hunan style. We also tried the cumin beef (could do without next time), fried eggplant, and la zi ji. It's definitely pricey but worth every dollar.
S	Steven ZZZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food doesn't match the photo on the menu. I ordered the fried cauliflower, the photo was stir-fried with meat. The dish was vegetarian only, without meat. I'm not brother actually. But when I asked the waiter, the waiter's answer was that “our dishes were different from the photos, that's expected.” and “you should know that”. I really don't think it's expected.

E	Ed Seng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best Hunan cuisine you can get in Singapore. Nice comfy setting, friendly and helpful staff. Signature dish is definitely their steamed chilli fish head, and will be great to add some noodles into it. Dong Por Rou (Braised Pork) is superb as well, their long beans fried with black bean and chilli is super yummy and savory. My fave to end the meal is also the pumpkin pastry..soft, slightly chewy, great texture and taste! Must try!
