It was my first visit on Christmas Eve it was a pleasant one. Salon was cozy and quiet. I was given menu to choose my drink, a long pillow as arm rest. The lady who washed my hair was attentive to the temp of water I preferred. Will be back for more hair services soon.

My hair stylist Aya was very professionally, patience and attended to my needs. She explained clearly the various treatments and suggested one that suits my hair condition. I did the Sara Sara Treatment in March, the treatment leaves the hair softer and tamed the frizz. I went back for a second sara sara treatment in May and it further controlled the frizz. The service at the salon was superb, the staff is very attentive, the service is top notch and the whole experience is pleasantly comfortable. Will definitely go back again.

I went to Michaela salon recently for a haircut having read amazing reviews about this place. But the real experience exceeded all the expectations I had. The amazing service starts even before you enter the salon. Upon booking the slot, I was contacted via whatsapp to confirm all the details and was given very detailed instructions how to get to the location. It impressed me, because I love when people are attentive to detail. The moment I arrived to the appointment I was warmly greeted by my stylist Aya, not a second of waiting time which very often happens in other places. Aya is such an amazing professional and just a wonderful lovely person to have a chat with. She carefully listened to all my preferences and executed the haircut with her signature style. I was beyond happy with the result. It was very easy for me to blow-dry and style it at home as well, which is a huge bonus. Another benefit is that you can get either a 10% discount when you visit the first time or a free soda spa. I opted for a soda spa which included a very relaxing massage and made me feel amazing. Plus, overall the atmosphere in the salon is so nice, every single person working there is sweet, smily and warm. I will definitely come back to Michaela again and could not recommend it more. So glad I found this cute Japanese Salon near our office. Their salon is conveniently located just in front of Clarke Quay MRT. They are very professional and passionate in understanding what services my hair needs. Kenta has recommended to do Straight Perm and Tokio Treatment to help me restore my dry and frizzy hair from my previous perm. My hair looked naturally straight with volume even after 3 days of washing. Will definitely come back to try their other services. thank you!
