My hairstylist, Shota, was very professional & he also speaks great english so it was easy to communicate! Very polite and friendly, felt very relax throughout the whole process & really glad with the results (advante rebonding). Would definitely come back (: Highly recommend this salon to everyone!

M	MX Wan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a Tokio Inkarami hair treatment today with Mitsu :) Making an appointment was a breeze. The salon was impeccably clean and very cosy! The receptionist was attentive and I even got a cushion to hug haha. Mitsu was very friendly, patient and very attentive to my hair! All I had to do was relax and let him take care of everything because I knew I was in safe hands. :) He really took the time to blow dry and style my hair after the treatment and I really appreciate it. Has a great 20% discount for first-timers but well worth the rates even if there aren't discounts!

They had lockers for us to store our bags! Shota was professional and reassuring. He also spoke great English. I would definitely go back there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I think for the money and time spent altho' it's costly, it's worth it. Service was excellent. Ken was my hairstylist and when I looked at him w/o glasses, honestly I can't see his expression but somehow he knew I felt cold and brought a blanket for me to cover. I fell asleep many times (due to the late night) but also because the entire experience was like someone doing my hair while I was nodding off and seated on the couch with a cushion ? It's that cozy. Also, I can see he gave his best effort. My hair was washed thrice (or was it 4 times), blown twice and applied with the chemicals 2-3 times. I think due to my thick hair and many steps he had to do, it kind of eats into their later appointments. Honestly, it's tough to be a hairstylist! Ken is a man of few words but his attention to details and work ethics are excellent. I have no issue having him to do my hair next time. ありがとうございました！

After conveying the hairstyle (from photos) that I wanted, Shota (stylist) advised on it so that the style would suit me better and easier to manage. Impressed with the dedicated service from Shota as he did everything by himself and provided attentive service. He speaks English and is friendly/polite as well.

Ken San is very professional and always will give me good advice to take care of my hair. My sister has also have her hair done by Ken and she likes it very much. This time I did colour, inkarami treatment and cut. As always, my hair is so smooth after treatment. Thank you. Will come again.

Though he is not very fluent in English, we communicate through Google Translate & he was extremely thorough throughout the whole process!
