Horrible service, lazy staff refused to open the dumplings despite it being a service they provide.

Nostalgic treats. Tutu Kueh gula melaka is unique. The muah chee is quite a lot for the price.

The older staff in the stall is extremely rude. An old lady was browsing thru the Dumplings, she asked the older staff a few questions. The old staff shows her frustrated face and replied in an irritated tone. After which, she complained to the young lady staff in Mandarin: " see so long, still cannot decide what she want!' and continue mumbling her complains to the young lady staff and even asked the young staff to serve the old lady as she was annoyed. Fyi, I have placed my order for tutu kueh and there was no other in line queuing while I was waiting. Today, i went with helper to Hougang Mall. I told my helper to buy some Gula Melaka tutu kueh while i was queuing at NTUC for payment. Fyi, my helper can speak and write English and this is not the first time she's buying for me. My helper returned empty handed and told me the old lady staff doesnt under stand her when she said Gula Meleka, so she told her "black sugar". The old staff gave an irritate look and stern stare. Too bad the young lady staff is not there. Not giving up, my helper took out her phone and wrote Gula Melaka and point at the picture. To her horror, the old staff chase her away telling her No More No More! I would like to check with Daun Pandan, is this the kind of altitude staff is allowed to treat customers? We don't owe her a living though she is senior. This staff just took away 4 stars.

Terrible service, brought 2 meat dumpling and 3 peanut dumpling. brought it home and it was spoiled. return back to exchange but the older lady was extremely rude, and could not face the fact that we brought the dumpling the night before luckily we kept the receipt. will never buy from them again, how can they sell the dumplings that have been kept for a long time.

Very bad and poor service. No apologies given by staff when she made the wrong order. And still has the cheek to ask if the wrong order is alright and acceptable?

Hougang Mall outlet - The old auntie manning the store has a horrible attitude! She raised her voice and spoke to me in a very rude manner, when I talked to her nicely! Further, the dumplings tasted terrible and are pricey! Big thumbs down! Do not recommend!

Bought 2 vegetarian dumpling today and they are BOTH SOUR! Wasted $2.70x2.

ordered from grab food. Dumpling rice is uncooked, it's harder than normal white rice, completely no glutinous texture.
