Need to make appointment to use loading bay after 530pm.

please don’t try to talk to the bigger size security guard, he will always refer to his supervisor. very disappointed in his attitude. zero customer service in his sector.
just go straight to the Indian uncle security guard. much nicer. can talk and guide and explain at least.
