★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rear tire was losing air fast. Set up was tubeless and it didn’t appear to show any leaks. Went to usual bike shop @ Hill View but was closed. Googled and found Cyclesmith which is located near to where I stay. Clark quickly identified the leak coming from valve area. His service was friendly and professional. Within 15mins he had removed and installed new rim tape. Ensured that the valve was set up properly before pumping up and ensuring everything was working well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you looking for someone to just fix your bike for the cheapest price then go wherever you like; however if you are looking for someone to explain what needs to be fixed, what (or how you) caused it to break and how you can avoid doing it again then this is the shop for you. The owner, Clark, is an avid road and mountain biker with years of experience who knows you want your bike fixed quick yet he will always take the time to fix it right. I ride more confidently knowing I have a bike that has been serviced by a real professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clarke who was the shop owner was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on bikes repairs. The shop located at 2nd level of car park in the building, very easy to access and load/unload your bike...
Most importantly, the price is reasonable, and you may wait in the airconditioned showroom ...
Today came for servicing, and Clarke again given his professional to help my bike despite is a follow up case.
Really appreciated the way he treats his business sincerely.. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m blown away by Clark’s attention to detail and ability to fix any issue with my bike.
I had a knocking BB for months and went to my LBS many times for it still not to be fixed. One visit and Clark had that knock gone!
I’m heading there for a full service next week now as I trust him.
If you’re looking for an experienced mechanic who won’t sell to you anytime you want in, but just wants to fix your bike and get you back on the road, try Clark.
You won’t regret it.
