Started Mtb again after several years and needed all the advice I could get. Trail+ was excellent with their recommendations and really bothered to try and find out what was right for me. Very patient with my noob questions too.
Workmanship is top shelf and customer service levels are superb. Very flexible and accommodating which really helps due to my unpredictable schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb shop to approach for maintenance for you bikes. Additionally you can even ask for advice on suspensions and riding skills.
Previously I had my Chris King wheelset built here and soon I was back to sort out my bike issues and they did a stellar job in relieving my cable rattle problem and wheelset that was out of true.
Now, as a returning customer, i ordered a bike (my first carbon bike) through them and just got it built and what a stunning ride. I am lucky to have such professionals handling my bike. Got it Invisiframed and the workmanship is top notch. Got a new onyx wheelset to fit my firebird 29 as well. Driving it is shimano xt and a chromag cockpit. While stopping power is handled by trp brakes! Bike is built up with the latest Kenda rubbers (Hellkat Pro and Helldiver Pro) and they were great! Had my first ride and it rides like a dream!
10/10 would recommend this shop to others. They sort out any problem you have from drivetrain to suspension. No regrets!

Workshop is clean and well organized. Provided good advice and recommendations. Solved my problem by replacing bearings for my crank set. Very pleased with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi brought my intense m16 in pieces and Irvin build back like an artist. The build up is great and price reasonable. Ordered my rear coil from Irvin, so cant wait till it arrive. Anthony also did good in advising me for frame protection. Cause of pqndemic understand shipment willb late but its ok, trust Trail+ with their professionalism and customer oriented.
